Claims (4)
- 相互に当接してキャビティを形成する複数の分割ダイと、該分割ダイを進退させるスライダと、該キャビティに上下から挿入される上下パンチとを備え、
各分割ダイは、該パンチの移動方向に沿って延在して隣接する該分割ダイに当接する割面を備える金型装置において、
該割面から気体を噴出する気体噴出口を備えることを特徴とする金型装置。 - 請求項1記載の金型装置において、
前記気体噴出口は、隣接する前記分割ダイの割面の互いに異なる位置に開口していることを特徴とする金型装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の金型装置において、
前記気体噴出口から噴出される気体を前記割面の上下方向に案内する案内凹部を備えることを特徴とする金型装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項記載の金型装置において、
前記スライダに設けられた気体導入口と、該スライダ及び前記分割ダイの内部に設けられ該気体導入口と前記気体噴出口とを接続する気体通路と、該気体導入口に気体を供給する気体供給装置とを備えることを特徴とする金型装置。
