Abstract
Description
この発明の第1実施形態にかかる処理装置について図1〜図3を参照して説明する。図1は本発明の第1実施形態にかかる処理装置を示す正面図、図2は図1の処理装置を左側面側から見た要部拡大図、図3は図2の要部を示す斜視図である。なお、図3では一方向強化繊維束Bの下面側に配置される樹脂フィルムSと支持体2とが図示省略されている。また、図1〜図3では、本発明にかかる主要な構成のみが図示されており、説明を簡易なものとするために、その他の構成は図示省略されている。また、後の説明で参照する図4〜図6についても、図1〜図3と同様に主要な構成のみが図示されているが、以下の説明においてはその説明は省略する。
図1および図2に示す処理装置1は、支持体2の支持面21と、支持面21に直交する押圧方向Zに超音波振動するホーン35の押圧面35aとの間に一方向強化繊維束Bを挟んだ状態で、一方向強化繊維束Bを長手方向Yに走行させることにより押圧面35aによる一方向強化繊維束Bの押圧箇所を一方向強化繊維束Bの長手方向Yに沿って移動させて、一方向強化繊維束Bに長手方向Yに沿って押圧面35aから押圧方向Zの超音波振動を印加することによって、一方向強化繊維束Bを長手方向Yに沿って連続的に開繊するものである。
次に、処理装置1において実行される開繊・含浸処理の一例について説明する。
この発明の第2実施形態にかかる処理装置について図4を参照して説明する。図4は本発明の第2実施形態にかかる処理装置を示す正面図である。

この発明の第4実施形態にかかる処理装置について図6を参照して説明する。図6は本発明の第4実施形態にかかる処理装置において処理される一方向強化繊維束および樹脂シートを示す横断面図である。

Claims (6)
- 支持体の支持面と、前記支持面に直交する押圧方向に超音波振動する押圧体の押圧面との間に一方向強化繊維束を挟んだ状態で、前記押圧面による前記一方向強化繊維束の押圧箇所を前記一方向強化繊維束の長手方向に沿って移動させて、前記一方向強化繊維束を開繊する
ことを特徴とする処理方法。 - 前記押圧面により前記一方向強化繊維束を前記支持面に対して所定の加圧力で押圧しながら前記押圧箇所を移動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処理方法。
- 前記押圧面を前記支持面から所定間隙をあけて配置した状態で前記押圧箇所を移動させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の処理方法。
- 前記支持面と前記押圧面との間に、前記一方向強化繊維束を樹脂フィルムと重ねあわせて配置した状態で前記押圧箇所を移動させて、前記樹脂フィルムの樹脂を含浸させながら前記一方向強化繊維束を開繊する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の処理方法。 - 支持面を有する支持体と、
押圧面を有する押圧体と、
前記押圧体に前記支持面に直交する押圧方向への超音波振動を印加する振動手段と、
前記支持面と、前記振動手段により前記押圧方向に超音波振動する前記押圧体の前記押圧面との間に前記一方向強化繊維束が挟まれた状態で、前記一方向強化繊維束と前記押圧体とを相対的に移動させる移動手段とを備え、
前記移動手段により、前記押圧面による前記一方向強化繊維束の押圧箇所を前記一方向強化繊維束の長手方向に沿って移動させて、前記一方向強化繊維束を開繊する
ことを特徴とする処理装置。 - 前記支持面と前記押圧面との間に、前記一方向強化繊維束が樹脂フィルムと重ね合わされた状態で配置され、
前記移動手段により、前記樹脂フィルムが重ね合わされた前記一方向強化繊維束の前記押圧箇所を移動させて、前記樹脂フィルムの樹脂を含浸させながら前記一方向強化繊維束を開繊する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の処理装置。
