Abstract
Description
創傷被覆材から離れたポンプは、創傷被覆材自体が創傷滲出液を収集するために使用される間に創傷被覆材に接続されかつ再利用され得、次いで使用後に捨てられてもよい。
2つ、3つ、4つまたはそれ以上の所定圧力値と対応する時間周期とが付随的に利用されてもよい。適切に、例えば、正弦波、痛む歯、収縮−拡張などのより複雑な振幅/周波数の波形が、用意されてもよい。
ある実施形態は、カバー層140を伝達層105に少なくとも部分的に接着させてもよい。ある実施形態では、孔はポート150またはオリフィス145の直径の少なくとも1〜2mm大きい。
本発明のある実施形態では、フィルター素子130は、支持層と、支持層上に形成されるアクリル共重合体膜とを備える。適切には、本発明のある実施形態における創傷被覆材100は、微小孔疎水性膜(MHMs)を使用する。複数のポリマーがMHMsを形成するために採用されてもよい。例えば、PTFE、ポリプロピレンmPVDFおよびアクリル共重合体。これらの付随的なポリマー全ては、疎水性および疎油性の両方であり得る特定の表面性能を取得するために処理され得る。このことにより、これらは、マルチビタミン注入、脂質、界面活性剤、オイル、および有機溶剤などの低い表面張力を有する液体をはじく。

さらなるオプションとして、活性炭素、シクロデキストリン、ゼオライトなどの消臭素子が吸収層に、または、フィルター層の上のさらなる層として含まれてもよい。

創傷被覆材のカバー層のオリフィスに負圧をかけるステップであって、前記傷口の周囲領域は、前記創傷被覆材でシールされており、これにより、空気および創傷滲出液が前記オリフィスに向けて引き込まれる、ステップと、
前記創傷被覆材の伝達層を通って、前記創傷被覆材の吸収層内に創傷滲出液を収集するステップと、
前記創傷被覆材の前記カバー層を通して前記吸収層に収集された前記創傷滲出液の水分を蒸発させるステップと、
を備える方法。
(実施例17)
前記負圧をかけるステップが、前記オリフィスに配置された液体不透過性、気体透過性のフィルター膜を通して負圧をかけるステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする実施例16に記載の方法。
(実施例18)
前記伝達層を介して前記傷口に亘る前記オリフィスに前記負圧を分配するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする実施例16または17に記載の方法。
(実施例19)
前記吸収層内のさらなるオリフィスを介して前記オリフィスに前記伝達層を連結するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする実施例16〜18のいずれかに記載の方法。
(実施例20)
前記蒸発させるステップが、0mmHg〜200mmHgの負圧化で前記カバー層を通って前記吸収層内に収集された前記創傷滲出液の前記水分を蒸発させるステップ備えることを特徴とする実施例16〜18のいずれかに記載の方法。

前記伝達層の上に位置する、創傷滲出液を吸収するための吸収層と、
前記吸収層の上に位置し、第1のオリフィスを備える、気体不透過性のカバー層と、
を備え、前記カバー層は、水蒸気透過性であることを特徴とする装置。
