Description
2つ、3つ、4つまたはそれ以上の所定圧力値と対応する時間周期とが付随的に利用されてもよい。適切に、例えば、正弦波、痛む歯、収縮−拡張などのより複雑な振幅/周波数の波形が、用意されてもよい。
ある実施形態は、カバー層140を伝達層105に少なくとも部分的に接着させてもよい。ある実施形態では、孔はポート150またはオリフィス145の直径の少なくとも1〜2mm大きい。
本発明のある実施形態では、フィルター素子130は、支持層と、支持層上に形成されるアクリル共重合体膜とを備える。適切には、本発明のある実施形態における創傷被覆材100は、微小孔疎水性膜(MHMs)を使用する。複数のポリマーがMHMsを形成するために採用されてもよい。例えば、PTFE、ポリプロピレンmPVDFおよびアクリル共重合体。これらの付随的なポリマー全ては、疎水性および疎油性の両方であり得る特定の表面性能を取得するために処理され得る。このことにより、これらは、マルチビタミン注入、脂質、界面活性剤、オイル、および有機溶剤などの低い表面張力を有する液体をはじく。

このようなバッフル素子は、伝達層105および/または吸収層110の領域、あるいは、吸収層110および/または伝達層105が存在しないシーリング領域内に配置または射出され得る。
さらなるオプションとして、活性炭素、シクロデキストリン、ゼオライトなどの消臭素子が吸収層に、または、フィルター層の上のさらなる層として含まれてもよい。

Claims (17)
- 傷口に負圧をかけるための創傷被覆材であって、当該創傷被覆材は、
創傷からの滲出液を吸収するための吸収層と、
オリフィスを備える気体不透過性のカバー層と、
前記傷口に局所負圧をかけるために、前記オリフィスを通して負圧をかける吸気ポートであって、
前記吸気ポートを負圧源に連結するためのコネクター部と、
前記カバー層に前記吸気ポートをシールするためのシーリング面と、
液体が前記コネクター部に進入することを防ぐように配置された、液体不透過性、気体透過性のフィルター素子と、
を備える吸気ポートと、
を備え、
前記吸収層は、前記吸気ポートの下に位置する貫通孔を備える、創傷被覆材。 - 創傷接触層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記カバー層が、前記被覆材の境界領域において前記創傷接触層にシールされている、請求項2に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 液体および気体透過性の伝達層を前記吸収層の下にさらに備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記フィルター素子が前記シーリング面にシールされている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記吸気ポートは、前記コネクター部と前記シーリング面とを連結する本体部分をさらに備え、前記フィルター素子は、前記吸気ポートの前記本体部分内に成形されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記本体部分は、半球状の本体部分から成る、請求項6に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記フィルター素子は、フィルター膜を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記フィルター膜は、0.01μmより大きな細孔径を有するフィルター膜から成る、請求項8に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記フィルター膜は、0.02μmの細孔径を有するフィルター膜から成る、請求項8に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記フィルター素子は、PALL Versapore(登録商標)200R、 Gore(登録商標)MMT323、およびDonaldson(登録商標)TX6628の1つを備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記フィルター素子は、支持層と、前記支持層上に形成されるアクリル共重合体膜と、を備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記吸気ポートの前記コネクター部に連結されたチューブをさらに備える、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記シーリング面は、フランジを備える、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記吸気ポートは、透明材料から形成される、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記吸気ポートは、ShoreAの硬度スケールで30〜90の硬度を有する材料から形成されている、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 前記吸気ポートは、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン、シリコーン、およびポリ塩化ビニルの1つから形成されている、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の創傷被覆材。
