Claims (6)
- ピストンに回転可能に接続することができるコネクティングロッド小端部(2)と、分割型の構成であり、クランクシャフトに回転可能に接続することができるコネクティングロッド大端部(3)と、前記コネクティングロッド両端部(2、3)の間にあるコネクティングロッド胴部(4)とを備えるコネクティングロッド(1)であって、前記コネクティングロッド大端部(3)が、前記コネクティングロッド胴部側にある大端部(5)と、前記大端部(5)にねじ留めすることができるコネクティングロッド軸受カバー(6)とを有し、貫通穴(7)が、前記コネクティングロッド大端部(3)の両側で前記コネクティングロッド軸受カバー(6)に設けられ、前記貫通穴(7)と同軸であり、前記大端部(5)を貫通するねじ穴(8)が、前記大端部(5)に設けられ、ねじ(9)が、前記貫通穴(7)を貫通し、前記ねじ穴(8)にねじ留めされ、前記大端部(5)が、前記コネクティングロッド軸受カバー(6)とは逆側で、それぞれの前記ねじ穴(8)の領域に凹部(10)を有し、前記凹部(10)が、前記コネクティングロッド大端部(3)の方向に延び、前記ねじ穴(8)のねじ軸(11)に対して偏心していることを特徴とするコネクティングロッド(1)。
- 前記ねじ穴(8)の軸方向伸張に関して、それぞれの前記ねじ穴(8)が前記凹部(10)に隣接することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクティングロッド。
- それぞれの前記ねじ穴(8)から始めて、それぞれの前記ねじ穴(8)の半径方向での前記凹部(10)の広がりが、前記ねじ穴(8)の直径の10〜20%、好ましくは13〜17%、特に15%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコネクティングロッド。
- 前記凹部(10)の輪郭が、前記ねじ穴(8)の前記長手方向軸(11)に平行であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコネクティングロッド。
- 前記凹部(10)が、前記ねじ穴(8)の前記軸方向伸張での視線方向に関して、前記コネクティングロッド大端部(3)に向いた側で放物線状の輪郭(12)または部分円形の輪郭(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコネクティングロッド。
- 同一の凹部(15)が前記ねじ穴(8)の前記領域に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のコネクティングロッド
