Abstract

Claims (14)
- ハウジングと、
穿刺要素を含むランセット構造体であって、前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記穿刺要素が該ハウジング内に保持される作動前位置と該穿刺要素が該ハウジングの前端部を通って延びる穿刺位置との間で移動するように適合されたランセット構造体と、
前記穿刺要素から末端方向に延び、使用前に該穿刺要素を保護する滅菌タブ部材と、
前記ランセット構造体を前記穿刺位置の方向に付勢するための、前記ハウジング内に配置された駆動ばねと、
前記ハウジングの前記前端部を通って延び、該ハウジングに対して軸方向に移動可能なシールドと、
を備え、
前記タブ部材は、前記シールドと取り外し可能に関連付けられ、前記ハウジングの末端部に係合して前記駆動ばねが前記ランセット構造体を前記穿刺位置に付勢する、該ハウジングに対する該シールドの移動を防止することを特徴とするランセット装置。 - 前記タブ部材は、前記穿刺要素と関連付けられた基端部分と、前記ランセット装置のユーザによって把持されるように適合された末端部分とを含み、前記基端部分は、前記シールドを少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、前記ハウジングの末端部に係合して該シールドの移動を防止する、中空の垂下スカートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記末端部分は、前記ランセット装置のユーザによって把持されるように適合されたパドル形状の部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記基端部分は、前記末端部分に取り外し可能に結合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記スカートは、前記シールドを内部に完全に取り囲むように適合され、該シールドは、該スカート内に摩擦により保持されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記ハウジングおよび前記シールドの各々は、該シールドの送出用開口部の方向に向けられた少なくとも1つの周辺陥凹部を定め、前記ランセット装置を、人または動物の身体の意図された穿刺部位に向けるのを容易にすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のランセット装置。
- 基端部と末端部とを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置された基端部と末端部とを有するシールドであって、少なくとも1つの撓み部材を含み、該ハウジングに対して移動可能なシールドと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、移動可能なキャリアと、該キャリアに取り付けられた皮膚穿刺要素とを含む皮膚穿刺アセンブリであって、前記皮膚穿刺要素の末端部は患者の皮膚を穿刺するように適合され、前記キャリアは、該皮膚穿刺要素の前記末端部が前記シールド内に配置される後退位置から、患者の皮膚を穿刺するように該末端部が該シールドから露出される穿刺位置まで移動可能であり、かつ、前記少なくとも1つの撓み部材と該キャリアとの係合によって前記後退位置に維持され、該少なくとも1つの撓み部材が該キャリアから解放されたとき該後退位置から前記穿刺位置まで移動される、皮膚穿刺アセンブリと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、かつ、前記少なくとも1つの撓み部材が前記キャリアから解放されたときに前記後退位置から前記穿刺位置まで前記キャリアを移動させるように適合された駆動ばねと、
前記シールド内に配置され、かつ、前記キャリアが前記穿刺位置に到達した後に該シールドが前記皮膚穿刺要素を取り囲む前記ハウジング内の位置に該キャリアを戻すように適合された引き戻しばねと
を備えることを特徴とする医療用穿刺装置。 - 前記シールドは、前記ハウジングに対して、該ハウジング内の基端方向にのみ移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療用穿刺装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記少なくとも1つの撓み部材と協働して、前記シールドが該ハウジングに対して移動されたときに該少なくとも1つの撓み部材と前記キャリアとの係合を解除するように適合された作動部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療用穿刺装置。
- 前記作動部材および前記少なくとも1つの撓み部材は、前記シールドが前記ハウジングに対して移動されたときに該少なくとも1つの撓み部材が前記キャリアとの係合を解除するための対向するカム面を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療用穿刺装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの撓み部材は、前記キャリア上の縁部に係合し、該キャリアを前記後退位置に維持する、内方に向いた突起部を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療用穿刺装置。
- 前記突起部は、前記キャリア内に定められた周方向凹部内に延び、該キャリアの前記係合された縁部を形成することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の医療用穿刺装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの撓み部材は、前記シールドが前記ハウジング内に移動されたときに半径方向外方に撓むように適合され、該少なくとも1つの撓み部材が、該キャリアとの係合から解放されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の医療用穿刺装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの撓み部材は、半径方向外方に予め設定された距離だけ撓んだときに破断するように適合されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の医療用穿刺装置。
