Claims (5)
- 繊維状の絶縁物を束ねて成形した芯材の外周に、抵抗線を巻回し、前記芯材の両端部にキャップ端子を取り付け、前記抵抗線と接続した巻線抵抗器であって、
前記芯材はその外周近傍部分に固着剤を含浸させたことを特徴とする巻線抵抗器。 - 前記芯材は中心部分に固着剤を含まない部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の巻線抵抗器。
- 前記芯材はその断面積において、5〜70%程度前記固着材を含浸させた部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の巻線抵抗器。
- 前記キャップ端子内部に収まる前記芯材は、その中心部分に固着剤を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の巻線抵抗器。
- 前記キャップ端子のカシメ部分における前記芯材の断面は、多角形であり、カシメ痕が内部に食い込んでいないことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の巻線抵抗器。
