Description
図1に示すように、本実施の形態に係る多回路の素線間止水構造は、多回路を構成する複数の被覆電線10と、各被覆電線10を保持する電線保持体20と、電線保持体20および複数の被覆電線10の所定部分を収容する有底構造の容器30と、容器30内に充填される熱硬化促進性止水剤40と、を有して構成されている。
図4に示すように、本実施の形態に係る多回路の素線間止水構造は、多回路を構成する複数の被覆電線10と、各被覆電線10を保持する電線保持体21と、電線保持体21および複数の被覆電線10の所定部分を収容する有底構造の容器30と、容器30内に充填される熱硬化促進性止水剤40と、を有して構成されている。被覆電線10、容器30は、図1に示すものと同様な構造であるので詳細については説明を省略する。
図6に示すように、本実施の形態に係る多回路の素線間止水構造は、多回路を構成する複数の被覆電線10と、各被覆電線10を保持する電線保持体22と、電線保持体22および複数の被覆電線10の所定部分を収容する有底構造の容器30と、容器30内に充填される熱硬化促進性止水剤40と、を有して構成されている。被覆電線10、容器30は、図1に示すものと同様な構造であるので詳細については説明を省略する。
図8に示すように、本実施の形態に係る多回路の素線間止水構造は、多回路を構成する複数の被覆電線10と、各被覆電線10を保持する電線保持体23と、電線保持体23および複数の被覆電線10の所定部分を収容する有底構造の容器30と、容器30内に充填される熱硬化促進性止水剤40と、を有して構成されている。被覆電線10、容器30は、図1に示すものと同様な構造であるので詳細については説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 被覆材を切除した皮剥ぎ素線露出部を中途に有し前記皮剥ぎ素線露出部において2つ折りにされた複数の被覆電線と、
複数の前記被覆電線の前記皮剥ぎ素線露出部同士が短絡しないように複数の前記被覆電線を保持する非導電性の電線保持体と、
前記電線保持体、複数の前記被覆電線の前記電線保持体に保持された部分および前記皮剥ぎ素線露出部を収容する容器と、
前記容器内に少なくとも複数の前記被覆電線の前記皮剥ぎ露出部が浸漬するように充填され、かつ複数の前記被覆電線の前記皮剥ぎ素線露出部から素線間に浸透した状態で硬化している熱硬化促進性止水剤と、を備えたことを特徴とする多回路の素線間止水構造。 - 前記容器は、一端部が閉止している熱収縮チューブにより形成され、前記熱硬化促進性止水剤を充填した後、加熱により縮径された形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多回路の素線間止水構造。
- 前記容器は、熱収縮チューブにより形成され、一端部内に止め栓が収容され、かつ一端部が加熱により縮径されて、前記止め栓で閉じられ、前記熱硬化促進性止水剤を充填した後、加熱により全長にわたり縮径された形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多回路の素線間止水構造。
- 前記電線保持体は、筒状部と、前記筒状部の長手方向に所定の間隔をおき、かつ前記筒状部から径方向外側に向けて放射状に突出する複数のフック部とを、有して構成され、
複数の前記被覆電線は、前記皮剥ぎ素線露出部が前記電線保持体の前記筒状部にループ状に巻き掛けられるとともに、前記皮剥ぎ素線露出部同士が短絡しないように前記電線保持体の所定の前記フック部に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の多回路の素線間止水構造。 - 前記電線保持体は、平行に延びる複数の溝部と、複数の前記溝部の底面部から突出するフック部と、を有して構成され、
複数の前記被覆電線は、前記皮剥ぎ素線露出部同士が短絡しないように前記電線保持体の前記溝部に挿入されるとともに、前記皮剥ぎ素線露出部が前記電線保持体の前記フック部にループ状に巻き掛けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の多回路の素線間止水構造。 - 前記電線保持体は、平板部と、前記平板部の一側面部から突出する多数のフック部と、を有して剣山状に構成され、
複数の前記被覆電線は、前記皮剥ぎ素線露出部同士が短絡しないように前記電線保持体の前記フック部にループ状に巻き掛けられ、前記皮剥ぎ素線露出に隣接する部分が前記電線保持体の互いに隣接する所定の前記フック部により電線径方向に挟持されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の多回路の素線間止水構造。 - 前記電線保持体は、一端部から他端部に向けて貫通する電線挿通部を有して構成され、
複数の前記被覆電線は、前記電線保持体の前記電線挿通部に挿通され、前記皮剥ぎ素線露出部同士が短絡しないように前記電線保持体の外部に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の多回路の素線間止水構造。
