Abstract
【解決手段】合成樹脂製の2枚の環状体9の各対向面10に、玉3を収容する複数のポケット11が周方向に間隔をおいて形成され、各環状体9は、各ポケット11の内面を形成する軸方向に凹に湾曲した弧状のポケット壁部12と、隣り合うポケット壁部12同士を連結する平板状の連結板部13とからなる合成樹脂製保持器において、連結板部13の軸方向の厚さAを玉3の直径の30%以下とし、ポケット11の最も深い位置11aでのポケット壁部12の厚さBを玉3の直径の10%以下とする。

Description
軸方向に対向する合成樹脂製の2枚の環状体を有し、
その2枚の環状体の各対向面には、玉を収容する複数のポケットが周方向に間隔をおいて形成され、
前記各環状体は、前記各ポケットの内面を形成する軸方向に凹に湾曲した弧状のポケット壁部と、隣り合うポケット壁部同士を連結する平板状の連結板部とからなる合成樹脂製保持器において、
前記連結板部の軸方向の厚さを、前記玉の直径の30%以下とし、
前記ポケットの最も深い位置での前記ポケット壁部の厚さを、前記玉の直径の10%以下としたことを特徴とする合成樹脂製保持器。
前記ポケットの最も深い位置での前記ポケット壁部の厚さを、前記玉の直径の5〜8%の範囲に設定することができる。

Claims (5)
- 軸方向に対向する合成樹脂製の2枚の環状体(9)を有し、
その2枚の環状体(9)の各対向面(10)には、玉(3)を収容する複数のポケット(11)が周方向に間隔をおいて形成され、
前記各環状体(9)は、前記各ポケット(11)の内面を形成する軸方向に凹に湾曲した弧状のポケット壁部(12)と、隣り合うポケット壁部(12)同士を連結する平板状の連結板部(13)とからなる合成樹脂製保持器において、
前記連結板部(13)の軸方向の厚さ(A)を、前記玉(3)の直径の30%以下とし、
前記ポケット(11)の最も深い位置(11a)での前記ポケット壁部(12)の厚さ(B)を、前記玉(3)の直径の10%以下としたことを特徴とする合成樹脂製保持器。 - 前記連結板部(13)の軸方向の厚さ(A)を、前記玉(3)の直径の15%〜28%の範囲に設定し、
前記ポケット(11)の最も深い位置(11a)での前記ポケット壁部(12)の厚さ(B)を、前記玉(3)の直径の5〜8%の範囲に設定した請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製保持器。 - 前記ポケット壁部(12)は、前記ポケット(11)の最も深い位置(11a)を含む内面が前記環状体(9)の半径方向を中心とする円筒面(14)となるように形成されている請求項1または2に記載の合成樹脂製保持器。
- 軸受回転中の玉(3)の遅れまたは進みにより玉(3)の質量の150倍相当の押圧力が前記玉(3)から前記連結板部(13)に作用したときに主応力が最大となる部位での主応力の大きさが32Mpa以下である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の合成樹脂製保持器。
- 内輪(1)と、外輪(2)と、内輪(1)と外輪(2)の間に周方向に間隔をおいて組み込まれた複数の玉(3)と、その玉(3)を保持する請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の合成樹脂製保持器(4)とを有する玉軸受。
