【解決手段】フィルム本体と、前記フィルム本体の表面に形成された複数の凹部と、を備え、前記凹部の開口面の直径は、可視光波長よりも大きく、前記凹部の配列パターンは、前記フィルム本体の長さ方向に沿った周期性を有し、前記フィルム本体の一方の端部における凹部の欠損率と、前記フィルム本体の他方の端部における凹部の欠損率との差は、10ppm以下である、エンボスフィルム。

Description
[1.1.エンボスフィルムの構造]
まず、図1および図2を参照して、本発明の一実施形態に係るエンボスフィルムの構造について説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係るエンボスフィルム1を厚み方向に切断した際の断面形状を模式的に示した断面図である。
続いて、図4〜図5Bを参照して、本実施形態に係るエンボスフィルム1の一使用例について説明する。図4は、本実施形態に係るエンボスフィルム1の一使用例を説明するための説明図である。
続いて、図6および図7を参照して、本実施形態に係るエンボスフィルム1の作製方法について説明する。例えば、本実施形態に係るエンボスフィルム1は、支持体である基材61上に光硬化性樹脂からなる転写層62(フィルム本体10に相当)を塗布し、転写層62に原盤4を押圧し、転写層62に凹部13を形成することによって作製することができる。
以下では、実施例および比較例を参照しながら、本実施形態に係るエンボスフィルムについて、より詳細に説明する。なお、以下に示す実施例は、本実施形態に係るエンボスフィルムの実施可能性および効果を示すための一条件例であり、本発明が以下の実施例に限定されるものではない。
以下の工程により、実施例に係るエンボスフィルムを作製した。

- フィルム本体と、
前記フィルム本体の表面に形成された複数の凹部と、を備え、
前記凹部の開口面の直径は、可視光波長よりも大きく、
前記凹部の配列パターンは、前記フィルム本体の長さ方向に沿った周期性を有し、
前記フィルム本体の一方の端部における凹部の欠損率と、前記フィルム本体の他方の端部における凹部の欠損率との差は、10ppm以下である、エンボスフィルム。 - 前記凹部の欠損率は、前記配列パターンの一周期中における同一配列パターンに対応する領域の凹部に基づいて算出される、請求項1に記載のエンボスフィルム。
- 前記フィルム本体は、長尺フィルムである、請求項1または2に記載のエンボスフィルム。
- 前記フィルム本体に形成された前記凹部は、それぞれ略同一形状を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエンボスフィルム。
- 前記凹部の配列パターンは、格子形状である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエンボスフィルム。

- 円筒または円柱形状の原盤の周面に複数の凸部を形成するステップと、
被転写フィルムに対して、前記原盤を回転させながら押圧し、前記原盤の周面形状に対応する凹部を前記被転写フィルムに転写してフィルム本体を作製するステップと、を含み、
