Abstract
【解決手段】(a)ベース成分を構成するジルコニア粉末、4〜15重量%の、酸化イットリウム、酸化マグネシウム或いは酸化カルシウムを含む酸化物から選択される単独又は組合わせた少なくとも1種の安定剤、0.1〜1重量%の酸化バナジウム粉末(V2O5)、0.1〜1重量%の酸化クロム粉末(Cr2O3)及び0.1〜1重量%の酸化ケイ素粉末(SiO2)を含む第1混合物を調製するステップと、(b)該第1混合物及びバインダを含む第2混合物を調製するステップと、(c)該第2混合物の顆粒化を行うことで顆粒化混合物を調製するステップと、(d)この第2顆粒化混合物に所望の物品の形状を与えることでブランクを作製するステップと、(e)このブランクを空気中で少なくとも30分間にわたって1250〜1550℃の温度で焼結するステップとを含む製造方法。

Description
(a)ベース成分を構成するジルコニア粉末、
4〜15重量%の、酸化イットリウム、酸化マグネシウム及び酸化カルシウムを含む酸化物の群から選択される単独の又は組み合わせた少なくとも1種の安定剤、
0.1〜1重量%の酸化バナジウム粉末(V2O5)、
0.1〜1重量%の酸化ケイ素粉末(SiO2)及び
0.1〜1重量%の酸化クロム粉末(Cr2O3)
を含む第1混合物を調製するステップと、
(b)この第1混合物及びバインダを含む第2混合物を調製するステップと、
(c)この第2混合物の顆粒化を行うことで顆粒化混合物を調製するステップと、
(d)この第2顆粒化混合物に所望の物品の形状を与えることでブランクを作製するステップと、
(e)このブランクを空気中で少なくとも30分間にわたって1250〜1550℃の範囲の温度で焼結するステップとを含むことを特徴とする。
0.4〜0.7重量%の酸化バナジウム粉末(V2O5)と、
0.2〜0.3重量%の酸化クロム粉末(Cr2O3)と、
0.2〜0.3重量%の酸化ケイ素粉末(SiO2)とを含む。
82〜95.7重量%のジルコニア粉末と、
4〜15重量%の、酸化イットリウム、酸化マグネシウム及び酸化カルシウムを含む酸化物の群から選択される単独の又は組み合わせた少なくとも1種の安定剤と、
0.1〜1重量%の酸化バナジウム粉末(V2O5)と、
0.1〜1重量%の酸化クロム粉末(Cr2O3)と、
0.1〜1重量%の酸化ケイ素粉末(SiO2)とを含む。
Claims (18)
- 以下の連続する:
(a)ベース成分を構成するジルコニア粉末、
4〜15重量%の、酸化イットリウム、酸化マグネシウム及び酸化カルシウムを含む酸化物の群から選択される単独の又は組み合わせた少なくとも1種の安定剤、
0.1〜1重量%の酸化バナジウム粉末(V2O5)、
0.1〜1重量%の酸化クロム粉末(Cr2O3)及び
0.1〜1重量%の酸化ケイ素粉末(SiO2)
を含む第1混合物を調製するステップと、
(b)前記第1混合物及びバインダを含む第2混合物を調製するステップと、
(c)前記第2混合物の顆粒化を行うことで顆粒化混合物を調製するステップと、
(d)前記第2顆粒化混合物に所望の物品の形状を与えることでブランクを作製するステップと、
(e)前記ブランクを空気中で少なくとも30分間にわたって1250〜1550℃の範囲の温度で焼結するステップとを含むことを特徴とする、灰色でジルコニアをベースとした物品の製造方法。 - 前記第1混合物は、
0.4〜0.7重量%の酸化バナジウム粉末(V2O5)と、
0.2〜0.3重量%の酸化クロム粉末(Cr2O3)と、
0.2〜0.3重量%の酸化ケイ素粉末(SiO2)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1混合物は追加で0.1〜1重量%、好ましくは0.2〜0.3重量%の酸化マンガン粉末(MnO2)を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1混合物は追加で0.1〜5重量%の酸化アルミニウム粉末(Al2O3)を含む、先行の請求項の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1混合物は追加で0.1〜1重量%の酸化鉄粉末(Fe2O3)を含む、先行の請求項の一項に記載の方法。
- 前記安定剤は酸化イットリウムであることを特徴とする、先行の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップ(e)の後に物品を研磨するステップを追加で含むことを特徴とする、先行の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 75〜96重量%の無機粉末混合物と4〜25重量%のバインダとを含み、前記粉末混合物は、
82〜95.7重量%のジルコニア粉末と、
4〜15重量%の、酸化イットリウム、酸化マグネシウム及び酸化カルシウムを含む酸化物の群から選択される単独の又は組み合わせた少なくとも1種の安定剤と、
0.1〜1重量%の酸化バナジウム粉末(V2O5)と、
0.1〜1重量%の酸化クロム粉末(Cr2O3)と、
0.1〜1重量%の酸化ケイ素粉末(SiO2)とを含む、装飾的物品及び/又は機能性物品の製造を目的とした射出成形又は圧縮成形用組成物。 - 前記無機粉末混合物は、
0.4〜0.7重量%の酸化バナジウム粉末(V2O5)と、
0.2〜0.3重量%の酸化クロム粉末(Cr2O3)と、
0.2〜0.3重量%の酸化ケイ素粉末(SiO2)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の成形用組成物。 - 前記無機粉末混合物は追加で0.1〜1%、好ましくは0.2〜0.3重量%の酸化マンガン粉末(MnO2)を含む、請求項8又は9に記載の成形用組成物。
- 前記無機粉末混合物は追加で0.1〜5重量%の酸化アルミニウム粉末(Al2O3)を含む、請求項8〜10の一項に記載の成形用組成物。
- 前記混合物は追加で0.1〜1重量%の酸化鉄粉末(Fe2O3)を含む、請求項8〜11の一項に記載の成形用組成物。
- 本質的に酸化ジルコニウムのマトリックスと、4〜15重量%の、酸化イットリウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム及びこれらの混合物を含む酸化物の群から選択される少なくとも1種の安定剤と、0.1〜1重量%の酸化バナジウム(V2O5)と、0.1〜1重量%の酸化クロム(Cr2O3)と0.1〜1重量%の酸化ケイ素(SiO2)とを含む成形部品を焼結した部品から形成されることを特徴とする、特には請求項1〜7に記載の方法を用いて得られる灰色でジルコニアをベースとした装飾的物品及び/又は機能性物品。
- 0.4〜0.7重量%の酸化バナジウム(V2O5)と、0.2〜0.3重量%の酸化クロム(Cr2O3)と0.2〜0.3重量%の酸化ケイ素(SiO2)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の物品。
- 追加で0.1〜1重量%、好ましくは0.2〜0.3重量%の酸化マンガン(MnO2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13又は14に記載の物品。
- 追加で0.1〜5重量%の酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13〜15の一項に記載の物品。
- 追加で0.1〜1重量%の酸化鉄(Fe2O3)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13〜16の一項に記載の物品。
- 計時器の構成要素を構成することを特徴とする、請求項13〜17の一項に記載の物品。
