Abstract
【解決手段】円板状台金22の外周に凹弧状台座24が所定間隔あけて形成され、各凹弧状台座24にチップ25が固着されたチップソー21であって、チップ25は先端が先鋭状の千鳥刃であり、且つチップ25のすくい面25aが当該チップソー21の回転方向Aと反対方向へ傾いたマイナス角度αとなされており、また被切削材が薄肉の場合には、チップ25が略扇形であって、隣り合う鋸刃間のピッチが4.5mm未満となされる。

Claims (2)
- 円板状台金の外周に凹弧状の台座が所定間隔をあけて形成され、各凹弧状台座に全体が略扇形のチップ単体が固着された複合材料用チップソーであって、チップは前側の半径部がすくい面となされ、後側の半径部が逃げ面となされ、両半径部をつなぐ凸弧部が前記凹弧状台座に固着され、且つ隣り合うチップ間のピッチが4.5mm未満となされており、前記チップは、その逃げ面がその逃げ面が左端から右端へ下る傾斜面と右端から左端に下る傾斜面とで構成された左端と右端が交互に先鋭状の千鳥刃となされ、且つ各チップのすくい面は台金の中心から外周方向に伸びる中心線を基準として当該チップソーの回転方向と反対方向へ傾いたマイナス角度となされている、複合材料用チップソー。
- 複合材料の溶着防止用として、外周部分に一定幅の脱水素型DLCコーティングが施された、請求項1記載の複合材料用チップソー。
