Abstract
Description
前記複数の層として、最内層と、最外層と、前記最内層と前記最外層の間に配置されたバリア層とを少なくとも有しており、
前記バリア層は金属層であり、
前記最内層と前記最外層はそれぞれ熱融着性樹脂層であり、
前記複数の層における互いに重なり合う層同士を接着した接着剤が耐電解質性を有している、蓄電デバイス用外装フィルム。
前記中間層は、ポリエステル系樹脂フィルム及びポリアミド系樹脂フィルムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種より形成されている前項1〜3のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス用外装フィルム。
この状態で、前記一端部の外面に前記他端部の内面が熱融着されている、蓄電デバイス用チューブ型外装体。
この状態で、前記一端部の内面と前記他端部の内面とが熱融着されるとともに、前記一端部の外面が前記外装フィルムの外面に熱融着されている、蓄電デバイス用チューブ型外装体。
この状態で、前記一端部の外面と前記他端部の外面とが熱融着されるとともに、前記一端部の内面が前記外装フィルムの内面に熱融着されている、蓄電デバイス用チューブ型外装体。

Claims (9)
- 複数の層を有するラミネートフィルムより形成されるとともに、チューブ状に巻いてフレキシブル性を有するチューブ型外装体を形成する蓄電デバイス用外装フィルムであって、
前記複数の層として、最内層と、最外層と、前記最内層と前記最外層の間に配置されたバリア層とを少なくとも有しており、
前記バリア層は金属層であり、
前記最内層と前記最外層はそれぞれ熱融着性樹脂層であり、
前記複数の層における互いに重なり合う層同士を接着した接着剤が耐電解質性を有している、蓄電デバイス用外装フィルム。 - 前記接着剤は、ポリオレフィン系接着剤、エポキシ系接着剤、フッ素系接着剤及びポリウレタン系接着剤からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1記載の蓄電デバイス用外装フィルム。
- 前記金属層は、化成処理が施された金属箔より形成されている請求項1又は2記載の蓄電デバイス用外装フィルム。
- 前記複数の層として、更に、前記最内層と前記バリア層の間、及び、前記バリア層と前記最外層の間のうち少なくとも一方に配置された中間層を有するとともに、
前記中間層は、ポリエステル系樹脂フィルム及びポリアミド系樹脂フィルムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種より形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス用外装フィルム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の外装フィルムがチューブ状に巻かれるとともに、前記外装フィルムの巻き方向の両端部のうちの一端部の外面に他端部の内面が重ねられ、
この状態で、前記一端部の外面に前記他端部の内面が熱融着されている、蓄電デバイス用チューブ型外装体。 - さらに、前記外装フィルムの前記一端部の端面と前記他端部の内面が熱融着されている請求項5記載の蓄電デバイス用外装フィルム。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の外装フィルムがチューブ状に巻かれるとともに、前記外装フィルムの巻き方向の両端部のうちの一端部の内面と他端部の内面とが重ね合わされ、且つ、前記一端部が前記外装フィルムの外面側に折り返されて前記一端部の外面が前記外装フィルムの外面に重ねられ、
この状態で、前記一端部の内面と前記他端部の内面とが熱融着されるとともに、前記一端部の外面が前記外装フィルムの外面に熱融着されている、蓄電デバイス用チューブ型外装体。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の外装フィルムがチューブ状に巻かれるとともに、前記外装フィルムの巻き方向の両端部のうちの一端部の外面と他端部の外面とが重ね合わされ、且つ、前記一端部が前記外装フィルムの内面側に折り返されて前記一端部の内面が前記外装フィルムの内面に重ねられ、
この状態で、前記一端部の外面と前記他端部の外面とが熱融着されるとともに、前記一端部の内面が前記外装フィルムの内面に熱融着されている、蓄電デバイス用チューブ型外装体。 - 請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載のチューブ型外装体内にフレキシブル性を有する蓄電デバイス要素が収容されている蓄電デバイス。
