Abstract
【解決手段】冷却液を導入する流入口と、前記冷却液を排出する排出口が形成されたケース部材と、前記ケース部材に着脱可能に収納されたカートリッジ部材と、前記カートリッジ部材に封入した複数の粒子状のイオン交換樹脂と、を備えるイオン交換器において、前記カートリッジ部材は、前記ケース部材の端部に着脱自在に係合する係合部を備え、前記ケース部材は、前記係合部と係合する被係合部を備える。

Claims (7)
- 冷却液を導入する流入口と、前記冷却液を排出する排出口が形成されたケース部材と、
前記ケース部材に着脱可能に収納されたカートリッジ部材と、前記カートリッジ部材に封入した複数の粒子状のイオン交換樹脂と、を備えるイオン交換器において、
前記カートリッジ部材は、前記ケース部材の端部に着脱自在に係合する係合部を備え、
前記ケース部材は、前記係合部と係合する被係合部を備えることを特徴とするイオン交換器。 - 請求項1に記載のイオン交換器において、
前記被係合部は、前記ケース部材の軸方向に沿って延びる鉛直溝と、前記鉛直溝の一端から前記ケース部材の周方向に沿って延びる外周溝とからなることを特徴とするイオン交換器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のイオン交換器において、
前記カートリッジ部材は、前記複数の粒子状のイオン交換樹脂を封入する有底筒状のカートリッジ本体と、前記カートリッジ本体と一体に溶着されると共に、前記係合部が形成された閉塞部材とを備えることを特徴とするイオン交換器。 - 請求項3に記載のイオン交換器において、
前記閉塞部材は、前記イオン交換樹脂と対向する面に前記排出口に向かって傾斜する斜面を備えることを特徴とするイオン交換器。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換器において、
前記カートリッジ部材は、外周面に周方向に沿って取り付けられるシール部材を備えることを特徴とするイオン交換器。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換器において、
前記流入口は、前記ケース部材の下方に形成され、
前記排出口は、前記ケース部材の上方に形成されることを特徴とするイオン交換器。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換器において、
前記カートリッジ部材は、前記イオン交換樹脂を保持する保持枠を備えることを特徴とするイオン交換器。
