Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、(A)フッ素系両性界面活性剤、(B)フッ素系アニオン界面活性剤またはフッ素系カチオン界面活性剤、および(C)非フッ素系両性界面活性剤を含有する曇り止め剤および洗浄剤に関する。また、本発明は前記曇り止め剤または前記洗浄剤を不織布に含浸させたメガネクリーナーに関する。

(式中、Rfはフルオロアルキル基またはフルオロアルケニル基を表し、Xは、アルキレン基またはアリーレン基であって、スルホアミド基、カルボニル基、オキサ基を有していても良い。Yaは両性イオン基を表す。)で表される化合物が挙げられる。
Rf−X−Yb (2)
(式中、Rf、Xは、一般式(1)で示されたものと同じであり、Ybはアニオン基を表す。)で表される化合物が挙げられる。

フッ素系両性界面活性剤:パーフルオロアルキル化合物、AGCセイミケミカル株式会社製「サーフロンS−233」、濃度30重量%
フッ素系アニオン界面活性剤:パーフルオロアルキル化合物、AGCセイミケミカル株式会社製「サーフロンS−211」、濃度50重量%

イソプロピルアルコール:株式会社トクヤマ製「トクソーIPA」
表1〜3に記載した界面活性剤、イソプロピルアルコール、水を表1〜3に示した配合量で混合し、曇り止め剤を作製した。
事前に、140ml容積のマヨネーズ瓶に水100gを入れ、50〜57℃に維持されるように調節された水浴中に置き、マヨネーズ瓶内の水が50〜57℃に維持された状態にしておく。ワイパー(11cm×11cm、日本製紙クレシア株式会社製「ケイドライワイパー」)を4つ折りにし、その中心部に得られた曇り止め剤50μlを染み込ませ、レンズ(スーパーパワーシールドコート、屈折率1.76、東海光学株式会社製「ベルーナZX−AS」)の凸面に対して一定方向に2回やさしく塗り広げるように塗布した。次いで、該レンズを90度回転させ、上記と同様に曇り止め剤を一定方向に2回やさしく塗布した。このときの均一塗布性を下記基準により評価した。
曇り止め剤を塗布したレンズをよく乾かし、凸面が下になるようにして上記マヨネーズ瓶の開口部に載せ、この時を曇り止め試験の開始時間とした。レンズを目視観察し、レンズにおける上記マヨネーズ瓶の開口部に接する部分より中心側の部分のうち、面積にして約半分が曇るまでの時間を曇り止め持続時間として測定した。また、曇り止め効果を下記基準により評価した。
これらの結果を表1〜3に示す。
◎:容易に塗り広げやすく、ムラなく均一に塗り広げることができる
○:容易に塗り広げやすく、わずかにムラができる程度でほぼ均一に塗り広げることができる
△:塗り広げにくく、ややムラができる

- (A)フッ素系両性界面活性剤、(B)フッ素系アニオン界面活性剤またはフッ素系カチオン界面活性剤、および(C)非フッ素系両性界面活性剤を含有する曇り止め剤。
- フッ素系両性界面活性剤(A)の濃度が0.1〜20重量%である請求項1に記載の曇り止め剤。
- フッ素系アニオン界面活性剤またはフッ素系カチオン界面活性剤(B)の濃度が0.01〜20重量%である請求項1または2に記載の曇り止め剤。
- フッ素系両性界面活性剤(A)は、パーフルオロアルキル基またはパーフルオロアルケニル基を有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の曇り止め剤。
- (A)フッ素系両性界面活性剤、(B)フッ素系アニオン界面活性剤またはフッ素系カチオン界面活性剤、および(C)非フッ素系両性界面活性剤を含有する洗浄剤。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の曇り止め剤、または、請求項5に記載の洗浄剤を不織布に含浸させたメガネクリーナー。
