Abstract
Description

Claims (12)
- ドリルビットにおいて、 ドリル先端部を形成する穴あけ用端部を有するシャフトと、 前記ドリル先端部まで延びて前記ドリル先端部の形成を補助し、一般に前記シャフトの長手方向軸線との間に鋭角を含むように延在している少なくとも1つのすくい面と、 穴あけ中に生成される切りくずを排出するために前記シャフトに形成された少なくとも1本の溝であって、端面図において前記すくい面の中心部からずれるように前記少なくとも1つのすくい面と交差している少なくとも1本の溝とからなることを特徴とするドリルビット。
- 前記溝と前記すくい面との交差位置において連続曲線が形成されるように前記溝が前記すくい面と交差する請求項1に記載のビット。
- 前記すくい面又は各すくい面が(a)平らであって、面取り部として形成され、(b)前記シャフト内に凹むように曲面状又はV字状に形成され、かつ(c)その1本のエッジに沿って切欠き部又はV字状溝を有する請求項1または2に記載のビット。
- 上記(c)において、前記溝が前記1本のエッジに隣接するすくい面内まで延びている請求項3に記載のビット。
- 前記溝が前記V字状溝と交差している請求項4に記載のビット。
- 前記穴あけ用端部には3つのすくい面が設けられ、各すくい面が他の2つのすくい面に対して均一にずれ、それぞれ前記ドリル先端部まで先細りになっていて前記ドリル端部に3角錐の外観を与えている請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のビット。
- それぞれの溝が各すくい面と交差するように設けられている請求項6に記載のビット。
- 前記穴あけ用端部には4つのすくい面が設けられ、各すくい面はその両側において隣接するすくい面と均一にずれ、それぞれ前記ドリル先端部まで先細りになっていて前記ドリル端部に4角錐の外観を与えている請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載のビット。
- それぞれの溝が、前記ドリル端部において対向するすくい面である、前記すくい面のうちの2つだけのすくい面のそれぞれと交差するように設けられている請求項8に記載のビット。
- 前記溝又は各溝がその対応するすくい面から離れるように、前記シャフトに沿って少なくとも途中まで略らせん状に延びている請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のビット。
- ドリルビットにおいて、 ドリル先端部を形成している穴あけ用端部を有するシャフトと、前記ドリル先端部まで延びて前記ドリル先端部の形成を補助し、一般に前記シャフトの長手方向軸線との間に鋭角を含むように延在している少なくとも1つのすくい面と、 穴あけ中に生成される切りくずを排出するために前記シャフトに形成された少なくとも1本の溝であって、前記溝とすくい面との交差位置において連続曲線が形成されるように前記少なくとも1つのすくい面と交差している少なくとも1本の溝とからなることを特徴とするドリルビット。
- ドリルビットにおいて、 ドリル先端部を形成している穴あけ用端部を有するシャフトと、 前記ドリル先端部まで延びて前記ドリル先端部の形成を補助し、一般に前記シャフトの長手方向軸線との間に鋭角を含むように延在している少なくとも1つのすくい面と、 穴あけ中に生成される切りくずを排出するために前記シャフトに形成され、前記少なくとも1つのすくい面と交差している少なくとも1本の溝とからなり、 前記すくい面又は各すくい面が(a)前記シャフト内に凹むように曲面状又はV字状に形成され、かつ(b)その1本のエッジに沿って切り欠き部又はV字状溝を有することを特徴とするドリルビット。
