Claims (15)
- 一側部から突出する複数の電極タップをそれぞれ備えた第1電極板および第2電極板の移送をそれぞれ案内する移送ローラ、
前記移送ローラの一側端部の外周面から離隔された変形防止部材であって、前記移送ローラに進入する前記電極タップが前記一側端部の外周面に密着するように案内して前記電極タップの変形を防止する変形防止部材、および
前記移送ローラを通して移送される前記第1電極板および前記第2電極板と、前記第1電極板および前記第2電極板の間に介在したセパレータとを共に巻き取る巻取りユニット
を含むことを特徴とする極板巻取り装置。 - 前記変形防止部材は、
前記移送ローラの一側端部に前記移送ローラに沿って回転しないように結合した固定部、および
前記一側端部の外周面から離隔するように前記固定部と連結された第1ガイド部であって、前記電極タップが前記移送ローラと最初に当接して進入する入口部に位置する第1ガイド部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極板巻取り装置。 - 前記固定部は、前記移送ローラの一側端部と対応する環状の形状になることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記第1ガイド部から延長された第2ガイド部であって、前記一側端部の外周面に沿って前記一側端部の外周面から離隔するように前記固定部と連結された第2ガイド部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記第2ガイド部は、前記一側端部の外周面のうち、前記電極タップと当接して通過する部分と対応するように円弧の形状になることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記第2ガイド部は前記一側端部の外周面から0.2乃至5mm離隔されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記固定部は、前記第1ガイド部及び前記第2ガイド部が前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板にそれぞれ形成された電極活物質層の上部に位置しないように前記移送ローラに固定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記第1ガイド部は前記電極タップの走行方向に沿って前記入口部に接近するほど前記移送ローラと近くなる傾斜曲面を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記第1ガイド部の半径はそれぞれ前記電極タップの長さと同じかまたは前記長さより長くなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記第1ガイド部は前記電極タップの走行方向に沿って前記入口部に接近するほど前記移送ローラと近くなる平らな傾斜面を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記電極タップの走行方向に対する前記第1ガイド部の垂直高さ及び水平長さはそれぞれ前記電極タップの長さと同じかまたは前記長さより長くなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記第1ガイド部は前記電極タップの走行方向と平行な平面を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記第1ガイド部は前記電極タップの走行方向に対して垂直な平面を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記第1ガイド部は前記移送ローラの回転軸と互いに並んでいるように配置された環状の形状になることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の極板巻取り装置。
- 前記セパレータ、前記第1電極板および前記第2電極板を供給するための複数の供給ユニットをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極板巻取り装置。
