- 삭제
- 양측 프레임에 축설되어 이차전지용 전지시트를 감는 권취롤러;상기 권취롤러의 전단에 배치되어, 상기 전지시트가 권취롤러에 권취됨에 따라서 이동하여서, 상기 권취롤러와의 사이에 일정한 간극을 유지하는 갭롤러;상기 갭롤러의 양단을 회전가능하게 지지하는 베어링블록;상기 베어링블록에 전후로 이동가능하게 조립된 슬라이더; 및상기 슬라이더에 설치되어 베어링블록을 전후로 이동시키는 간극조정용 실린더;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지시트 권취장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 슬라이더의 내측에는 상기 베어링블록을 전후로 이동가능하게 지지하는 레일이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지시트 권취장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 간극조절용 실린더의 로드는 베어링블록에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지시트 권취장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 슬라이더는 랙을 포함하고,상기 프레임의 내측에 구비되어 슬라이더를 전후로 이동가능하게 지지하는 가이드레일;상기 프레임에 축설되어 상기 슬라이더의 랙과 맞물리는 피니언; 및상기 피니언을 정역으로 구동시키는 모터;를 포함하는 전지시트 권취장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 양측 피니언은 회전축으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지시트 권취장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 갭롤러와 권취롤러 사이의 갭을 측정하는 갭 측정수단;상기 갭 측정수단에 갭 측정에 따라서 상기 갭롤러를 이동시키는 컨트롤러를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지시트 권취장치.
