Abstract
【解決手段】面状の発熱部12への通電によって輻射熱を放射する輻射ヒータ装置であって、輻射熱が放射される方向に配置され、発熱部を覆う赤外線透過ネット13と、赤外線透過ネット13を支持するネット支持部14と、を備え、赤外線透過ネット13は、ネット支持部14よりも赤外線透過率の高い材質のもので構成されている。

Description
本発明の第1実施形態に関して、図1〜図3を用いて説明する。第1実施形態に係るヒータ装置10は、図1に示すように、道路走行車両の室内に設置される。ヒータ装置10は、室内のための暖房装置の一部を構成している。ヒータ装置10は、道路走行車両に搭載された電池、発電機などの電源から給電されて発熱する電気的なヒータである。ヒータ装置10は、薄い板状に形成されている。ヒータ装置10は、その表面と垂直な方向に位置づけられた対象物を暖めるために、主としてその表面と垂直な方向へ向けて輻射熱Hを放射する。
本発明の第2実施形態に係るヒータ装置の正面図を図4に示す。また、図5に、図4中のV−V線に沿った断面図を示す。上記第1実施形態に係るヒータ装置は、ネット支持部14と発熱部12との間に所定の隙間dを設けるようにして発熱部12で発生した熱がネット支持部14へ直接伝わらないようになっている。これに対し、本実施形態に係るヒータ装置は、発熱部12におけるネット支持部14と接触する位置に、発熱機能を欠落させた欠落部12aが形成され、この欠落部12aの上にネット支持部14が配置され、発熱部12で発生した熱がネット支持部14へ直接伝わらないようになっている。
本発明の第3実施形態に係るヒータ装置の正面図を図6に示す。また、図7に、図6中のVII−VII線に沿った断面図を示す。上記1、第2実施形態に係るネット支持部14は、薄板を格子状に一体成形した構造を有していたが、本実施形態に係るネット支持部14は、樹脂製の柱14aを格子状に配置した構造を有している。なお、格子状に配置された柱14aは、ケース11にネジ固定されている。
上記第1〜第3実施形態では、赤外線を透過する材質のもので構成された赤外線透過ネット13を用いて発熱部12を覆うカバーを構成したが、例えば、赤外線を透過する材質のもので構成された生地や織物(ファブリック)を用いてカバーを構成することもできる。

Claims (4)
- 面状の発熱部(12)への通電によって輻射熱を放射する輻射ヒータ装置であって、
前記輻射熱が放射される方向に配置され、前記発熱部を覆うカバー(13)と、
前記カバーを支持する支持部材(14)と、を備え、
前記カバーは、前記支持部材よりも赤外線透過率の高い材質のもので構成されていることを特徴とする輻射ヒータ装置。 - 前記支持部材は、前記発熱部と前記カバーとの間に配置され、
前記支持部材と前記発熱部との間に隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の輻射ヒータ装置。 - 前記発熱部は、発熱機能を欠落させた欠落部(12a)を有し、
前記支持部材は、前記欠落部と前記カバーとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の輻射ヒータ装置。 - 前記発熱部を収納するケース(11)を備え、
前記発熱部は、前記支持部材との接触を回避する穴部(12b)を有し、
前記支持部材は、前記カバーと前記ケースとの間に、前記穴部の内部を挿通するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の輻射ヒータ装置。
