Abstract
Description
本発明の第一実施形態による方ソーダ石を含む組成物は、55−98.5wt%のグリコールと、多価カルボン酸と、0.5−20wt%の方ソーダ石粒子とを含む。製造方法の差異により、一部の実施形態の方ソーダ石を含む組成物は5wt%以下の水をさらに含む。
Claims (10)
- 55-98.5wt%のグリコールと、
多価カルボン酸と、
前記グリコール内に分散されており、平均粒子径が10-300nmであり、0.5-20wt%の方ソーダ石粒子とを含み、
前記方ソーダ石粒子と前記多価カルボン酸との重量比が0.2-3:1であることを特徴とする方ソーダ石を含む組成物。 - 5wt%以下の水をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方ソーダ石を含む組成物。
- 前記グリコールは、1,2-エタンジオール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール、またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方ソーダ石を含む組成物。
- 前記多価カルボン酸は、エタン二酸、プロパン二酸、ブタン二酸、クエン酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方ソーダ石を含む組成物。
- 真溶液、ゾル、またはゲルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方ソーダ石を含む組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のうち何れか一つに記載の方ソーダ石を含む組成物、前駆グリコール、および前駆ジカルボン酸を含む前駆体を有し、
前記前駆グリコールおよび前記方ソーダ石を含む組成物の中のグリコールのモル数の和を第一モル数とし、
前記前駆ジカルボン酸および前記方ソーダ石を含む組成物の中の多価カルボン酸のモル数の和を第二モル数とし、
前記第一モル数と前記第二モル数の比が1-1.5:1であり、
前記方ソーダ石粒子の重量濃度が0.01-1wt%であることを特徴とするポリエステル複合材料。 - 前記方ソーダ石粒子の重量濃度が0.1-1wt%であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のポリエステル複合材料。
- 前記前駆グリコールは、1,2-エタンジオール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール、またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のポリエステル複合材料。
- 前記前駆ジカルボン酸は、テレフタル酸、コハク酸、2,6-ナフタレンジカルボン酸、またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のポリエステル複合材料。
- ポリエチレンテレフタラート複合材料、ポリブチレンテレフタレート複合材料、ポリブチレンサクシネート複合材料、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート複合材料、ポリエチレンナフタレート複合材料またはその共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のポリエステル複合材料。
