Abstract
Description
WO30.1重量%、Cs2O0.03重量%、TiO20.3重量%が混入されたC型断面の蓄熱保温仮撚糸75d/72fの12本と一般円形断面の汎用ポリエステル仮撚糸75d/36fの30本とをグランド糸とし、一般円形断面の汎用ポリエステル仮撚糸75d/72fの42本をパイル糸として使用して、フリース用テリー編織機で編織した。この時、フリース用編織物内のグランド糸とパイル糸との重量比率は4:6とし、蓄熱保温繊維の混用率は、約11.4%の水準とした。フリース用テリー編織物を、通常の精錬剤2g/lの下で、95℃で30分間シリンダー精錬した後、通常の黒色分散染料でOWF11%の下で、130℃で40分間シリンダー染色した。染色されたフリース用テリー編織物を通常の還元洗浄剤2g/l、苛性ソーダ2g/lの下で、80℃で20分間還元洗浄した後、190℃の温度で前テンダー加工を実施した。前テンダー加工されたフリース用テリ編織物の片面のパイル糸を汎用の起毛機で起毛して片面起毛されたフリースを製造した後、起毛されたパイル糸の長さを一定にするために、シャーリング加工を実施した。最終的に、190℃で後テンダー加工を介して片面起毛されたフリースを製造した。製造された繊維の断面を写真を図1に示し、得られた蓄熱保温機能性ポリエステルフリースの蓄熱保温性能を評価し、下記の表1に示した。

一般円形断面の汎用ポリエステル仮撚糸75d/36fの42本をグランド糸とし、一般円形断面の汎用ポリエステル仮撚糸75d/72f42本をパイル糸として使用して、フリース用テリー編織機で編織した。この時、フリース用編織物内のグランド糸とパイル糸との重量比率は4:6とし、蓄熱保温繊維を混用しなかった。フリース用テリー編織物を、通常の精錬剤2g/lの下で、95℃で30分間シリンダー精錬した後、通常の黒色分散染料でowf11%の下で、130℃で40分間シリンダー染色した。染色されたフリース用テリー編織物を通常の還元洗浄剤2g/l、苛性ソーダ2g/lの下で、80℃で20分間還元洗浄した後、190℃の温度で前テンダー加工を施した。前テンダー加工されたフリース用テリー編織物の片面のパイル糸を汎用の起毛機で起毛して片面起毛されたフリースを製造した後、起毛されたパイル糸の長さを一定にするために、シャーリング加工を実施し、最終的に、190℃で後テンダー加工を介して片面起毛されたフリースを製造した。得られたポリエステルフリースの性能を評価し、下記の表1に示した。
*蓄熱/保温性能(Ref.ランプ(Lamp)法):図3の装置を用いて横(30cm)、縦(30cm)の生地を準備して、人工気候室(20±2℃、相対湿度65±4%)で2時間放置した後、生地の下の部分には、温度センサーを取り付け、生地から50cmの距離で500W光源を60分間照射し、1分単位で温度を測定した後、下記の計算式のように計算した。
1)温度上昇分(℃):光源の照射30分後の生地の温度−光源照射前の生地の温度
2)蓄熱/保温性(Temp、℃):測定試料の温度上昇分−一般試料の温度上昇分
前記表1の結果及び図4を介して確認されるように、本発明のフリース編物は、蓄熱保温性が1.5℃以上であって、優秀性を確認することができる。
Claims (10)
- グランド糸にループが固定されたパイル糸が起毛されたフリース組職を有するように構成されるフリースであって、
前記パイル糸は、ポリエステル糸で構成され、
前記グランド糸は、WO30.02〜0.35重量%、Cs2O0.01〜0.15重量%、TiO20.02〜2.5重量%で組成された複合金属酸化物微粒子を0.05〜3.0重量%の原糸内の含量として含むポリエステル繊維が混用されたことを特徴とする、蓄熱保温性フリース。 - 前記複合金属酸化物微粒子は、平均粒径が0.05〜2.0μmであり、原糸内での微粒子の平均粒径が0.05〜1.0μm以下の粒子を有する微粒子が、全体粒子対比数平均分布上50〜65%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄熱保温性フリース。
- 前記複合金属酸化物微粒子を含む原糸は、中空部を含む原糸断面を有し、中空率が10〜40%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄熱保温性フリース。
- 前記原糸は、中空型、十字型、円形、半円形、楕円形、C型、D型またはシース−コア型(Sheath−Core type)、またはクローバー型の中空断面形状を有するようにする断面形状の紡糸ノズルを介して紡糸されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の蓄熱保温性フリース。
- パイル糸部とグランド糸部で構成されるフリース編物を製造することにおいて、
前記グランド糸として、WO30.02〜0.35重量%、Cs2O0.01〜0.15重量%、TiO20.02〜2.5重量%で組成された複合金属酸化物微粒子を0.05〜3.0重量%の原糸内の含量として含むポリエステル繊維を混用すると同時に、前記パイル糸部にポリエステル糸を配して製編した後、熱処理することを特徴とする、フリース編物の製造方法。 - 前記複合金属酸化物微粒子は、平均粒径が0.05〜2.0μmであり、原糸内での微粒子の平均粒径が0.05〜1.0μm以下の粒子を有する微粒子が、全体粒子対比数平均分布上50〜65%であるものを使用することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のフリース編物の製造方法。
- 前記複合金属酸化物微粒子を含む原糸は、中空部を含む原糸断面を有し、中空率が10〜40%であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のフリース編物の製造方法。
- 前記原糸は、中空型、十字型、円形、半円形、楕円形、C型、D型またはシース−コア型(Sheath−Core type)、またはクローバー型の中空断面形状を有するようにする断面形状の紡糸ノズルを介して紡糸されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のフリース編物の製造方法。
- 前記方法が編物地の片面または両面を起毛するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のフリース編物の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のうち、いずれか一項に記載の蓄熱保温性フリースによって製作される、防寒衣服。
