Claims (7)
- 流入口、第1及び第2流出口、前記流入口と前記第1流出口との間に位置する第1弁座、並びに前記流入口と前記第2流出口との間に位置する第2弁座が設けられた弁本体と、前記第1弁座と接離するように前記弁本体内に移動自在に配置された第1弁体と、該第1弁体を駆動させるための電磁式アクチュエータと、前記第2弁座と接離するように前記弁本体内に移動自在に配置された第2弁体と、を備えた三方電磁弁であって、
前記弁本体には、前記第2弁体の前記第2弁座側とは反対側に画成された背圧室に連なる導通穴が設けられると共に、該導通穴と前記第2流出口との間に位置する第3弁座が設けられ、前記第3弁座に接離するように移動自在に配置された第3弁体と、該第3弁体を前記第3弁座へ向かって付勢する付勢部材と、前記第1弁体と前記第3弁体との間に介装された作動部材とが備えられ、
前記電磁式アクチュエータにより前記第1弁体が前記弁本体内で移動して前記第1弁座に接離すると、前記作動部材もしくは前記付勢部材により前記第3弁体が前記第3弁座に接離し、前記導通穴を介して前記第2弁体の前後の差圧が変化して前記第2弁体が前記第2弁座に接離することを特徴とする三方電磁弁。 - 前記第1弁体が配置される第1弁室と前記第2弁体が配置される第2弁室とが横方向に並んで配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三方電磁弁。
- 前記第1弁体が配置される第1弁室と前記第3弁体が配置される第3弁室とが縦方向に並んで配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三方電磁弁。
- 前記第1弁体が配置される第1弁室と前記第2弁体が配置される第2弁室とが横方向に並んで配置され、前記第1弁室と前記第3弁体が配置される第3弁室とが縦方向に並んで配置され、前記第3弁室と前記第2弁室の前記背圧室とを連通する前記導通穴が傾斜して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三方電磁弁。
- 前記第2弁座に設けられた弁口の口径は、前記第3弁座に設けられた弁口の口径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の三方電磁弁。
- 前記電磁式アクチュエータの非作動時では、前記作動部材と前記第1弁体とは離間して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の三方電磁弁。
- 前記第1弁体は、前記電磁式アクチュエータにより駆動されるパイロット弁体により、前記第1弁座側とは反対側の背圧が制御されて動作されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の三方電磁弁。
