Abstract
【解決手段】モジュラ型弁機構は、弁本体1と、流体の切換又は混合を行うための少なくとも4つの口2とを有する多方弁9として構成される。前記弁本体1に、少なくとも2つの弁芯3が配置される。各弁芯3は、少なくとも1つのリニアアクチュエータ4と、1つの軸方向封止用封止部材5とを有し、前記封止部材5は、前記アクチュエータ4によって、軸方向に互いに離間している2つの対応する封止座8間を移動可能である。弁本体1を、各部が1つの弁芯3を有するモジュール部に分割することによって、弁機構をモジュール化することができる。

Claims (6)
- 弁本体(1)と、流体の切換又は混合を行うための少なくとも4つの口(2)とを有する多方弁(9)として構成されるモジュラ型弁機構であって、
前記弁本体(1)に、少なくとも2つの弁芯(3)が配置され、
各弁芯(3)は、少なくとも1つのリニアアクチュエータ(4)と、1つの軸方向封止用封止部材(5)とを有することを特徴とするモジュラ型弁機構。 - 前記弁本体(1)は、分離可能、モジュラ式に拡張可能、調整可能、及び/又は、互いに相対回転可能な個別の部品を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁機構。
- 前記弁本体(1)は、分離できない成形体として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁機構。
- 切換動作及び/又は無限に可変の混合機能は、配置された前記弁芯(3)によって、調整可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3に記載のモジュラ型弁機構。
- 前記口(2)は、入口及び/又は出口として、その機能及び流れ方向(7)を自由に制御可能に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のモジュラ型弁機構。
- 前記封止部材(5)は、弾性変形可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のモジュラ型弁機構。
