Claims (9)
- 2つの濾過器(2,3)の間を切り換える切換バルブ(1)であって、
入口バルブ(5)と該入口バルブに接続部(6)を介して耐トルク的に接続された出口バルブ(7)とを有し、回動よって2つの上記濾過器(2,3)の間の切り換えを行う切換ドラム(4)を備え、
上記接続部(6)には、開き状態のときに、上記入口バルブ(5)と上記出口バルブ(7)とを接続する少なくとも1つのバイパスバルブ(10)が配置されている、
ことを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項1に記載の切換バルブにおいて、
上記入口バルブ(5)と上記出口バルブ(7)とは、それぞれ球形の弁体(11,12)を有するボール弁として構成されている
ことを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の切換バルブにおいて、
上記接続部(6)はパイプ部として構成されている
ことを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の切換バルブにおいて、
弁体(11,12)は、上記バイパスバルブ(10)と連通するバイパス開口部(13)を有する
ことを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の切換バルブにおいて、
弁体(11,12)は、上記切換バルブ(1)のハウジング(14)に回動可能に配置されており、上記弁体(11,12)と上記ハウジング(14)との間の漏れ流れは、上記バイパスバルブ(10)に流れる
ことを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項1に記載の切換バルブにおいて、
上記切換ドラム(4)は上方部(15)及び下方部(16)を有し、上記接続部(6)はそれらの間に配置され、上記接続部(6)は、少なくとも2つ、好ましくは6つの上記バイパスバルブ(10)を備えた切換体として構成されている
ことを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 請求項6に記載の切換バルブにおいて、
上記上方部(15)及び上記下方部(16)上には、それぞれOリングシール(17)が、ハウジング(14)を封止するように円周状に延びて配置され、2つの上記Oリングシール(17)の間には、該Oリングシール(17)に垂直に配置されたOリングシール(17’)が上記接続部(16)上に延びている
ことを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の切換バルブにおいて、
バイパスバルブ(10)は所定の圧力が加えられたときに開き始める
ことを特徴とする切換バルブ。 - 2つの濾過器(2,3)と、該2つの濾過器(2,3)の間を切り換える上記請求項のいずれか1つに記載の切換バルブ(1)を備えた濾過装置(9)。
