Claims (15)
- 上部に突出した第1電極タップおよび第2電極タップを有する電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体の側部を覆う第1支持体と、
前記電極組立体および第1支持体を収容するケースと、
を含み、
前記第1支持体は前記電極組立体の一長側面と隣接する本体部と、前記本体部に形成され、前記電極組立体の短側面を覆う弾性を有する側面部と、
を含むことを特徴とする2次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は第1電極板と、第2電極板と、前記第1電極板および前記第2電極板の間に介在したセパレータと、を含み、
前記第1電極タップは前記第1電極板の無地部であり、
前記第2電極タップは前記第2電極板の無地部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は第1電極組立体および第2電極組立体を含み、
前記第1電極組立体の長側面と前記第2電極組立体の長側面は互いに対向することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1電極組立体および前記第2電極組立体はゼリーロール型であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の2次電池。
- 前記本体部は、互いに対向する前記第1電極組立体の長側面と前記第2電極組立体の長側面の間に介在することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の2次電池。
- 前記側面部は、前記第1電極組立体の両短側面を覆う第1側面部セット、および前記第2電極組立体の両短側面を覆う第2側面部セットを含むことを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1側面部セットは前記第1電極組立体の短側面形状と同じ形状を有し、
前記第2側面部セットは前記第2電極組立体の短側面形状と同じ形状を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の2次電池。 - 前記ケースと結合するキャップ組立体をさらに含み、
前記ケースは、上段開口部を有し、
前記キャップ組立体は、
前記ケースの前記上段開口部を密封するキャッププレートと、
前記第1電極タップと電気的に接続し、前記キャッププレートを貫通して上部に突出した第1端子部と、
前記第2電極タップと電気的に接続し、前記キャッププレートを貫通して上部に突出した第2端子部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1電極タップは前記第1端子部に溶接され、前記第2電極タップは前記第2端子部に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1支持体の高さは前記電極組立体の長側面の高さ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極組立体の下面とケースの間に介在した第2支持体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1支持体および前記第2支持体は絶縁体であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ケースは、上段開口部を有し、
前記上段開口部を密閉するキャップ組立体をさらに含み、
前記第2支持体は、板状で、長辺方向の両側端部から前記キャップ組立体方向に突出して前記第1支持体と結合する第2結合部を含むことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1支持体は、前記側面部の下端に前記第2結合部と結合する第1結合部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1結合部は前記ケースの外側方向に突出した突起であり、前記第2結合部は前記第1結合部の形状と対応する形状のホールを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の2次電池。
