Claims (10)
- 特に、排気ガスターボチャージャーのタービンなどに用いられる、タービンの排気ガス案内部の制御装置(7)であり、前記排気ガス案内部(1)のホイールチャンバ(6)の中に回転可能に配設された前記排気ガス案内部(1)のタービンホイールを迂回するために前記排気ガス案内部(1)に設けられているバイパス流路(8)を開閉するための制御装置であって、平行移動的な移動によって前記バイパス流路(8)の弁口部(10)を開閉する弁体部材(11)と、前記弁体部材(11)の移動を発生させる作動装置(12)と、を備える制御装置において、
前記弁体部材(11)は中空円錐台形状に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする制御装置。 - 前記弁体部材(11)は少なくとも第1流入導流面(18)と第2流入導流面(18’)とを備え、前記第1流入導流面(18)と前記第2流入導流面(18’)とは互いに異なる形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 前記弁体部材(11)は前記第1流入導流面(18)と前記第2流入導流面(18’)とを区画する少なくとも1つの区画壁部(20)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の制御装置。
- 前記弁体部材(11)の外周壁部(13)に複数の流通開口(14)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の制御装置。
- 複数の流入導流面(18、18’、18”)の各々の領域に1つずつの流通開口(14)が形成され、それら流通開口(14)は、前記複数の流入導流面(18、18’、18”)の領域の近傍に形成されている、それら流入導流面に対応した複数の円錐形外周壁部分(19、19’、19”)の大部分を占めるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の制御装置。
- 前記弁体部材(11)は、前記作動装置(12)の支持アーム(23)が係合する係合部(21)を備え、該係合部(21)は前記支持アーム(23)に当接した状態で前記支持アーム(23)に対して相対移動可能に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記係合部(21)は長孔形状に形成された係合開口(22)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の制御装置。
- 前記係合部(21)は前記支持アーム(23)を部分的に囲繞するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7記載の制御装置。
- 前記弁体部材(11)は、いずれの位置にあるときにも、少なくとも部分的に前記バイパス流路(8)の流路内壁に当接するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8の何れか1項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記弁体部材(11)、及び/または、前記作動装置(12)の少なくとも一部分は、セラミック材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9の何れか1項に記載の制御装置。
