Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 内燃機関の燃料を予熱する予熱装置であって、
前記予熱装置(3)と前記内燃機関における燃料噴射システム(1)の分配レール(2)とを接続する流入口接続部(6)と、
前記燃料噴射システム(1)の燃料噴射器(4)と前記予熱装置(3)とを接続する流出口接続部(7)と、
燃料が流通可能で、前記流入口接続部(6)及び前記流出口接続部(7)と流体的に接続された予熱室(10)と、
前記予熱室(10)内において燃料を加熱する少なくとも1つの電気的な加熱素子(12)とを備え、
前記予熱室(10)内において燃料にさらされると共に、少なくとも1つの前記加熱素子(12)が挿入される、少なくとも1つの金属製の加熱本体(13)を備えていることを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項1に記載の予熱装置において、
電気エネルギー供給と接続可能に設けられた第1の電気接続部(14)及び第2の電気接続部(15)とをさらに備え、
前記第1の電気接続部(14)は、接触素子(18)と電気的に接続され、
前記接触素子(18)は、個々の前記加熱素子(12)の第1の電気的接続面(19)と電気的に接続され、
前記第2の電気接続部(15)は、個々の前記加熱本体(13)と電気的に接続され、
個々の前記加熱本体(13)は、個々の前記加熱素子(12)の第2の電気的接続面(20)と電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項2に記載の予熱装置において、
前記接触素子(18)は、前記加熱本体(13)と接して個々の前記加熱素子(12)に圧縮応力を付与するために、ばねとして形成されるか、又は少なくとも1つの弾性部材(22)を有していることを特徴とする予熱装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の予熱装置において、
個々の前記加熱素子(12)は、個々の前記加熱本体(13)によって完全に且つぴったりと囲まれていることを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の予熱装置において、
個々の前記加熱本体(13)は、少なくとも1つの内殻(32)と少なくとも1つの外殻(31)と有し、個々の前記加熱素子(12)は、前記外殻(31)と前記内殻(32)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の予熱装置において、
個々の前記加熱本体(13)は、前記予熱室(10)を囲むと共に、前記流入口接続部(6)と流体的に接続された流入口(23)と、前記流出口接続部(7)と流体的に接続された流出口(24)とを有し、
前記加熱本体(13)は、前記流入口接続部(6)及び前記流出口接続部(7)を有する収容部(5)に封止され、
前記加熱本体(13)は、前記収容部(5)に、燃料が前記予熱室(10)と対向する前記加熱本体(13)の内面(28)と接触するように挿入されていることを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の予熱装置において、
個々の前記加熱本体(13)は軸方向に開口する空洞体として形成され、前記空洞体は、前記予熱室(10)の内部に、燃料が径方向の外側及び径方向の内側で接触するように配置されていることを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項7に記載の予熱装置において、
前記流入口接続部(6)及び前記流出口接続部(7)は、前記予熱装置(3)の収容部(5)に形成され、該収容部(5)は、前記予熱室(10)を囲むと共に、前記流出口接続部(7)から始まり前記予熱室(10)の軸方向に突き出す流出口ダクト(36)を有し、
個々の前記加熱本体(13)は、前記収容部(5)内において前記流出口ダクト(36)の同軸上に延びるように配置され、
燃料経路(11)は、前記流入口接続部(6)から、前記収容部(5)と前記加熱本体(13)の外側との間の外側の隙間を通り、前記収容部(5)と前記流出口接続部(7)と対向する前記加熱本体(13)の対向面との間の軸状隙間(38)を通り、前記流出口ダクト(36)と前記加熱本体(13)の内側との間の内部隙間(39)を通り、前記流出口ダクト(36)を通って前記流出口接続部(7)に至ることを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の予熱装置において、
個々の前記加熱本体(13)は、基部(42)と該基部(42)から始まる浸漬部(43)とを有し、
前記浸漬部(43)は、個々の前記加熱素子(12)を含むと共に、燃料が前記浸漬部(43)の外側と接触するように前記予熱室(10)に浸漬し、
前記基部(42)は、前記予熱装置(3)の収容部(5)の内側に前記予熱室(10)をぴったりと塞ぐと共に、少なくとも1つの前記加熱素子(12)に電気エネルギーを供給する電気接続部(14、15)を有していることを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項9に記載の予熱装置において、
前記浸漬部(43)は、その外側に、前記流入口接続部(6)から前記流出口接続部(7)まで導く燃料経路(11)とするフローダクト(47)を有し、該フローダクト(47)は、周囲方向において少なくとも部分的に前記浸漬部(43)を囲むことを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項10に記載の予熱装置において、
前記フローダクト(47)は、前記浸漬部(43)から外側に突き出すと共に、前記浸漬部(43)をらせん状に巻くことを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項9に記載の予熱装置において、
前記浸漬部(43)は、その外側に、いくつかのリブ(48)を有しており、該リブ(48)は、前記流出口接続部(7)に揃う軸方向(49)を横切って延びると共に、前記流入口接続部(6)から前記流出口接続部(7)まで導く燃料経路(11)が、隣接するリブ(48)同士の間を通るように軸方向(49)に互いに間隔をおいて設けられていることを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項12に記載の予熱装置において、
前記浸漬部(43)は、前記流入口接続部(6)と対向する流入口側(51)に、いくつかの又は全てのリブ(48)を通す軸方向流通分配ダクト(52)を有し、
及び/又は前記流出口接続部(7)は、前記流入口接続部(6)から遠い前記浸漬部(43)の流出口側(53)において前記予熱室(10)に向かって開口する一方、前記流入口接続部(6)と対向する流入口側(51)において塞がれ、
及び/又は前記流入口接続部(6)から遠い流出口側(53)の前記浸漬部(43)は、軸方向流通収集ダクト(54)を有し、該軸方向流通収集ダクト(54)は、いくつかの若しくは全てのリブ(48)に通じていることを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の予熱装置において、
前記流入口接続部(6)は、集束ノズル(30)を有していることを特徴とする予熱装置。 - 請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の予熱装置において、
個々の前記加熱素子(12)は、PTC素子であり、該PTC素子における互いに外側の2つの側面にそれぞれ電気的接続面(19、20)を有していることを特徴とする予熱装置。
