Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de aquecimento de combustível que pode ser aplicado, por exemplo, para a partida a frio, melhoria de dirigibilidade, redução de emissões de gases poluentes, entre outras aplicações em veículos automotores, compreendendo um conjunto aquecedor de combustível (2) dotado de: pelo menos uma região de aquecimento (6); pelo menos um trocador de calor (5) associado à região de aquecimento (6); pelo menos um elemento de isolamento térmico (3) envolvendo o trocador de calor (5); pelo menos uma região de passagem de combustível disposta entre a superfície do trocador de calor (5) e a superfície do elemento de isolamento térmico (3); uma região de entrada de combustível (7) e uma região de saída de combustível (8) fluidicamente comunicante; e pelo menos uma região de travamento (13) capaz de conferir associação entre o conjunto aquecedor de combustível (2) e um corpo de galeria (1), sendo: a comunicação fluídica entre a entrada (7) e a saída (8) de combustível condicionada exclusivamente por meio da região de passagem de combustível; e o elemento de isolamento térmico (3) dotado de ao menos um recesso guia (71) para comunicação fluídica entre uma abertura de alimentação de combustível e uma primeira extremidade (52) do trocador de calor (5); e o elemento de isolamento térmico (3) dotado de ao menos uma abertura de saída de combustível (81) disposta próxima a uma segunda extremidade do trocador de calor (54).
