Abstract

SISTEMA DE PROCESSAMENTO E PROCESSO PARA O AQUECIMENTO DIRETO DE UM FLUIDO DE PROCESSAMENTO PELA QUEIMA SEM CHAMA DE UM COMBUSTìVEL. é descrito um sistema de transferência de calor (10) e seu uso. O sistema de transferência de calor permite a queima de um combustível e o uso da energia térmica liberada pela queima para aquecer um fluido de processamento e preaquecer o combustível e oxidante antes da sua queima. O sistema de transferência de calor inclui três tubos, com o tubo de introdução de combustível (12) envolto por um tubo de introdução de oxidante (14) que é envolto por um tubo de processamento (16). O sistema de transferência de calor com a geometria apropriada pode permitir a queima de combustível sem chama. O sistema de transferência de calor pode também ser integrado em outros sistemas, tais como sistemas trocadores de calor e de processamentos catalíticos.
