Claims (15)
- イソシアネート剤とアミン剤とを含む複剤組成物であって、
前記イソシアネート剤が、トルエンジイソシアネート及びポリテトラメチレンポリオールから得られうるプレポリマーを含み、
前記アミン剤が、ジアルキルチオアリールジアミン、とりわけジアルキルチオトルエンジアミンを含み、さらにポリテトラメチレンオキシドポリアミンを含んでいてもよい、
複剤組成物。 - 前記イソシアネート剤及び前記アミン剤のみから本質的になることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複剤組成物。
- 前記プレポリマーが7%〜10%、好ましくは8%〜9.5%の範囲のイソシアネート含有率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の複剤組成物。
- 前記ポリテトラメチレンポリオールが500〜1500、好ましくは650〜1000の範囲の計算された分子量(Mw)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の複剤組成物。
- 前記ジアルキルチオアリールジアミンがジメチルチオトルエンジアミンの形態で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の複剤組成物。
- 前記アミン剤が、ジアミンの形態のポリテトラメチレンオキシドポリアミンを更に含有し、前記アミンが好ましくはリンカー分子によって、とりわけ好ましくは4−カルボキシフェニルリンカーを介してポリテトラメチレンオキシドに結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の複剤組成物。
- 前記ポリテトラメチレンオキシドポリアミンのポリテトラメチレンオキシド部分が500〜1500、とりわけ650〜1000の範囲の計算された分子量(Mw)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の複剤組成物。
- 前記アミン剤が非鹸化性の可塑剤、好ましくはアルキルスルホネートの形態、とりわけ好ましくはフェノールアルキルスルホネートを更に有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の複剤組成物。

- 前記イソシアネート剤及び前記アミン剤が約4:1〜2:1の範囲、好ましくは3:1〜2.2:1の範囲の重量比で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の複剤組成物。
- 鋳型模型作製用の鋳造樹脂又は表面樹脂としての請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載される複剤組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複剤組成物から得られうる硬化した組成物でできたコーティングを有することを特徴とする、鋳型用途の模型及び/又は中子型。
- 砂型又は砂中子製造用の中子型を製造するための模型であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の模型。
- 硬化した複剤組成物でできた前記コーティングが約6mm〜15mmの範囲の厚みを有することを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の模型。
- 鋳型用途の模型及び/又は中子型を製造する方法であって、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の複剤組成物を混合し、成形部分に塗布又は鋳造して硬化することを特徴とする、鋳型用途の模型及び/又は中子型を製造する方法。
