Claims (8)
- 被含浸体および溶融含浸剤を収容するように内部が中空であり、入口を有する金型と、
前記入口に嵌め込まれて前記金型の内部に加圧力を与えるように設けられる加圧パンチと、
前記被含浸体の移動が制限されるように前記被含浸体を保持するように前記金型内に設けられる移動制限手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする加圧含浸用金型。 - 前記移動制限手段が、
前記被含浸体が内部に収容されるように空きボックス状を呈し、前記溶融含浸剤が前記被含浸体に向かって流れ込むように前記ボックスの面に複数の貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加圧含浸用金型。 - 前記金型の底面に貫通孔が形成され、前記貫通孔を閉塞するように前記金型の底面に下部ブロックが挿脱自在に設けられ、前記金型の入口は前記金型の天面に設けられ、前記移動制限手段は前記下部ブロックに固設されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の加圧含浸用金型。
- 前記移動制限手段を取り囲むように保護膜が設けられ、前記溶融含浸剤が前記保護膜を通過して前記移動制限手段に向かって流れ込むように、前記保護膜は、前記溶融含浸剤が通過可能な貫通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の加圧含浸用金型。
- 前記移動制限手段が前記溶融含浸剤よりも大きな比重を有する材質により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加圧含浸用金型。
- 前記移動制限手段の移動が制限されるように前記金型の内側壁に内方へ突出するように変動抑制手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の加圧含浸用金型。
- 前記変動抑制手段が前記加圧パンチから下に突出するようにさらに設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の加圧含浸用金型。
- 前記被含浸体が前記移動制限手段内において動かないように前記移動制限手段と前記被含浸体との間の隙間に固定片が嵌め込まれることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の加圧含浸用金型。
