Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 上部(2)により造形領域(6)を囲むフレーム(1)と、
筐体(100)及び前記フレーム(1)と接触する平板(12)と、
前記フレーム(1)に配置され、リフト機構(4)により垂直移動可能な支持体(5)と、
前記造形領域(6)に存在する粉末材料(11)を選択的に焼結又溶融するように、偏向手段(9)により前記造形領域(6)における任意の位置に集中されるエネルギービーム(8、8’)を生成する放射装置(7)と、
前記粉末材料(11)の層を前記支持体(5)上又は前に塗工された粉末材料(11)の層上に塗工する塗工装置(10)と、
前記フレーム(1)と前記平板(12)の間に配置された断熱材(13)と、を備えることを特徴とする三次元物体(3)の生成的な製造装置。 - 前記断熱材(13)は、前記平板(12)に一体的に形成され、前記フレーム(1)を囲むように周辺に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造装置。
- 前記断熱材(13)は、前記平板(12)に離脱可能に装着され、交換可能な挿入体として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の製造装置。
- 前記断熱材(13)は、前記フレーム(1)の異なる円周位置で異なる熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の製造装置。
- 前記断熱材(13)は、前記フレーム(1)から水平方向外側に延長し、水平延長部の寸法が前記フレーム(1)の異なる円周位置で変化することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の製造装置。
- 前記フレーム(1)の角部における前記水平延長部の寸法は、前記フレーム(1)の他の円周位置の寸法よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の製造装置。
- 前記断熱材(13)は、前記フレーム(1)の異なる円周位置で種々の材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の製造装置。
- 前記断熱材(13)は、機械的負荷容量を有する断熱材料及び/又は機械的負荷容量を有しない断熱材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の製造装置。
- 前記断熱材(13)は、前記フレーム(1)と前記平板(12)の間において、下方で粉末密封され、前記塗工装置(10)により粉末材料(11)で満たされる隙間によって実現されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の製造装置。
- 前記フレーム(1)は、製造装置にモジュール式に挿入可能且つ製造装置から取り外し可能な交換フレーム(1)であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の製造装置。
- 前記交換フレーム(1)は、下方から前記断熱材(13)に接することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の製造装置。
- 造形材料として合成樹脂粉末を用いる請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の三次元物体の生成的な製造装置の使用方法。
