- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 金型１の下パンチもしくは底盤３上に、強化
材プリフオーム５を固定するための凹部を有し該
凹部内にセラミツク繊維のマツト６を敷いたセツ
テイング治具４を設置してなる構造の複合化モー
ルド装置。 ２ セラミツク繊維のマツトが、アルミナ、シリ
カ、シリカ・アルミナ系、炭化けい素あるいは炭
素の繊維薄板により構成される実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の複合化モールド装置。
