- 흑연화(黑鉛化)된 탄소 입자 또는 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 탄소 성형체(成形體)로서 평균 면 간격 d가 0.340nm 이하인 흑연계 결정을 함유하는 탄소 성형체에 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금을 용탕단조(熔湯鍛造)에 의해 가압 함침(含浸)시킴으로써 제조된 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료로 이루어지고, 상기 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체의 상온에서의 밀도가 2.0 g/㎖∼2.5 g/㎖이고, 두께 방향의 열 전도율이 실온에서 150 W/(mㆍK) 이상이고, 열 팽창률이 4×10-6/℃∼12×10-6/℃이며, 면(面) 방향의 탄성률이 3 GPa ~ 50 ㎬인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체.
- 흑연화(黑鉛化)된 탄소 입자 또는 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 탄소 성형체(成形體)로서 평균 면 간격 d가 0.340nm 이하인 흑연계 결정을 함유하는 탄소 성형체에 구리, 은, 구리 합금, 또는 은 합금을 용탕단조(熔湯鍛造)에 의해 가압 함침(含浸)시킴으로써 제조된 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료로 이루어지고, 상기 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체의 상온에서의 밀도가 2.3 g/㎖∼5.0 g/㎖이고, 두께 방향의 열 전도율이 실온에서 150 W/(mㆍK) 이상이고, 열 팽창률이 4×10-6/℃∼12×10-6/℃이며, 면(面) 방향의 탄성률이 3 GPa ~ 50 ㎬인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체의 두께가 O.1 ㎜∼50 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄소 성형체가장직경(長徑)이 O.1 ㎜∼3 ㎜인 흑연 입자를 부피 분률로 10%이상 함유하거나, 또는 섬유 길이가 0.1 ㎜∼5 ㎜인 피치(pitch) 계열 탄소섬유를 부피 분률로 10% 이상 함유하거나, 또는 장직경이 O.1 ㎜∼3 ㎜인 흑연 입자와 섬유 길이가 0.1 ㎜∼5 ㎜인 피치 계열 탄소섬유를 상기 각각의 부피 분률 합계로 10% 이상 함유하는 판상 성형체인것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체가 전자 기기용 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄소 성형체 밀도는 1.4g/cm3∼2g/cm3이며 기공율이 5% ~ 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체.
- 표면이 도금, 또는 용융 금속 또는 금속박(金屬箔)의 금속으로 피복되거나, 또는 단면이 금속 테두리로 피복된 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 탄소 기반 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체에, 세라믹 회로, 전자소자 또는 부품이 접착층을 통하여 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기용 부품.
- 흑연화된 탄소 입자 또는 탄소 섬유를 함유하는 탄소 성형체로서 평균 면 간격 d가 0.340nm 이하인 흑연계 결정을 함유하는 탄소 성형체를 용융 알루미늄, 용융 구리, 용융 은 또는 이들 용융 금속의 합금과 가압 하에서 접촉시켜, 상기 탄소 성형체에 용융 금속을 함침시키는 단계를 포함하는 탄소질 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체의 제조방법에 있어서,(1) 상기 탄소 성형체를 불활성 분위기 하에서 상기 용융 금속의 융점 이상100℃ ~ 250℃의 온도로 가열하는 공정,(2) 용탕단조(熔湯鍛造)에 의해 프레스 장치를 사용하여, 가열된 상기 탄소 성형체에 상기 용융 금속을 압자 단위 면적당 200 ㎏/㎠ 이상의 압력으로 가압 함침시키는 공정,(3) 상기 공정(2)의 가압 함침을 종료한 다음, 상기 용융 금속을 냉각하여 응고시키는 공정,(4) 상기 공정(3)에서 얻어진 응고체로부터 상기 탄소 성형체를 인출하는 공정, 및(5) 상기 공정(4)에 의해 얻어진 금속 함침 탄소 성형체를 판상으로 성형하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 금속 복합재료 판상 성형체의 제조방법.
