Claims (7)
- 燃焼機関により駆動される機械的な真空ポンプ(10)と、真空ブレーキアシストユニット(40)とを備えるニューマチック式のブレーキアシスト配列(1)であって、前記ブレーキアシストユニット(40)は、圧送ユニット(18)の吸込みポート(17)に接続される真空チャンバ(42)を有しており、
前記真空ポンプ(10)は、
前記燃焼機関(12)によって直接に駆動される入力シャフト(20)と、
ポンプロータ(19)および前記吸込みポート(17)を備えた圧送ユニット(18)と、
前記入力シャフト(20)と前記ポンプロータ(19)との間に配置された磁気粘性クラッチ(16)と
を備え、該磁気粘性クラッチ(16)は、
入力側クラッチボディ(24)と出力側クラッチボディ(22)と、
磁気粘性クラッチ液(28)が充填されている、前記2つのクラッチボディ(22,24)の間の閉じられたクラッチ液ギャップ(26)と、
シフト可能な永久磁石エレメント(30)であって、該永久磁石エレメント(30)の磁場が前記クラッチ液ギャップ(26)を高い磁束で貫通する締結位置と、前記クラッチ液ギャップ(26)内の前記永久磁石エレメント(30)の磁場の貫通磁束が、前記締結位置におけるよりも低い解放位置との間で移動可能である、シフト可能な永久磁石エレメント(30)と、
前記永久磁石エレメント(30)をその締結位置と解放位置との間で運動させるためのニューマチック式の制御回路であって、該ニューマチック式の制御回路は、ニューマチック管路(46)を介して前記ブレーキアシストユニット(40)の前記真空チャンバ(42)に接続されているニューマチック式の作動チャンバ(50)を有し、該作動チャンバ(50)内にピストン手段(52)を有する、ニューマチック式の制御回路と、
を備え、
前記ピストン手段(52)は、前記真空チャンバ(42)内に相対的に高い圧力が存在している場合に、前記永久磁石エレメント(30)をその締結位置へと直接にシフトさせ、
前記ピストン手段(52)には、受動的な予荷重エレメント(44)によって、前記解放位置または前記締結位置へと予荷重が加えられていることを特徴とする、ニューマチック式のブレーキアシスト配列。 - 前記ピストン手段(52)は、前記永久磁石エレメント(30)により形成されており、前記ニューマチック式の作動チャンバ(50)は、前記入力側クラッチボディ(24)および前記出力側クラッチボディ(22)内のキャビティによって画定されている、請求項1記載のニューマチック式のブレーキアシスト配列。
- 前記ニューマチック式の作動チャンバ(50)には、真空入口(60)が設けられており、該真空入口(60)は、前記ニューマチック管路(46)に接続されている、請求項1または2記載のニューマチック式のブレーキアシスト配列。
- 通気通路(56,58)が、前記真空入口(60)とはニューマチック式に反対の側で、前記作動チャンバ(50)に大気圧を通気するために設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のニューマチック式のブレーキアシスト配列。
- 前記永久磁石エレメント(30)は、軸方向にシフト可能に設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のニューマチック式のブレーキアシスト配列。
- 前記クラッチボディ(22,24)は、カップ形に形成されており、該クラッチボディ(22,24)の間にはカップ形のギャップ(26)が形成されており、前記永久磁石エレメント(30)は、その締結位置において、前記カップ形のギャップ(26)により画定されたカップ形のキャビティ(27)の内側に位置決めされている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のニューマチック式のブレーキアシスト配列。
- 前記ピストン手段(52)は、前記真空チャンバ(42)内に相対的に高い圧力が存在している場合に、前記永久磁石エレメント(30)をその締結位置へと直接にシフトさせ、前記ピストン手段(52)には、前記受動的な予荷重エレメント(44)により前記締結位置に向かって予荷重が加えられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のニューマチック式のブレーキアシスト配列。
