防火性無機パウダーがドーピングされた発泡ポリウレタンと中空構造とを含むメインドープ層と、を含み、当該中空構造の密度が約0.1g/cm3より小さく、且つ、当該中空構造の材料は、ポリマー、ガラス及びセラミックからなる群から選ばれるものである防火性構造をさらに提供する。
以下表1の成分配合により防火性組成物を製造する:
(a)1μm、8μm、55μmの3種類の粒径の水酸化アルミニウムを取り、それぞれの重量は8.44g、5.64g及び16gであり、0.43gのメラミン、2.26gのポリリン酸アンモニウム、0.14gのペンタエリスリトールを加え、パウダー攪拌機で混合し均一にした。
(b)0.27gの湿潤分散剤2280及び0.15gのDisperBYK110を5.74gのポリウレタン発泡A剤に加え、撹拌した後に5gの発泡剤を混入し、ステップ(a)の混合パウダー16.5gを撹拌して均一にした。
(c)ステップ(a)の残部の混合パウダーと8.62gのポリウレタン発泡B剤とを機械攪拌機により回転速度1000rpmで2分間撹拌し、ステップ(b)のポリウレタン発泡A剤を加え、1000rpmの機械攪拌機で30秒間撹拌した後、1.06gのホウ酸亜鉛及び1.06gのガラス繊維を加えて30秒間撹拌した。
(d)混合物を発泡金型内へ注ぎ、材料密度を約0.15〜0.3g/cm3に制御し、金型を40℃で1時間熟成し、防火性構造を得た。
Claims (10)
- 発泡ポリウレタン本体と、
防火性無機パウダーと、
密度が約0.1g/cm3より小さく、材料がポリマー、ガラス及びセラミックからなる群から選ばれる中空構造と、を含むことを特徴とするポリウレタン材料。 - 前記防火性無機パウダーは、ホウ酸亜鉛、グラファイト、水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化アルミニウム、炭酸カルシウム、シリカフューム、クレー、多面体オリゴシルセスキオキサン(Polyhedral oligosilsesquioxane:POSS)、膨張した酸化グラファイト(Expanded graphene)及びその混合物からなる群から選ばれるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリウレタン材料。
- 前記中空構造は発泡ポリスチレン及び発泡ポリプロピレンからなる群から選ばれるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリウレタン材料。
- 前記中空構造の粒径は約5mmより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリウレタン材料。
- 分散剤、断熱剤、構造補強剤、バインダー、界面活性剤、顔料、染料、ひび割れ防止剤、防水剤、抗紫外線剤、抗菌剤及び抗真菌剤からなる群から選ばれる添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリウレタン材料。
- 発泡ポリウレタンを含む緻密層と、
防火性無機パウダーがドーピングされた発泡ポリウレタンと、中空構造とを含むメインドープ層と、を含み、前記中空構造の密度は約0.1g/cm3より小さく、且つ、前記中空構造の材料は、ポリマー、ガラス及びセラミックからなる群から選ばれるものであることを特徴とする防火性構造。 - 前記防火性無機パウダーは、ホウ酸亜鉛、グラファイト、水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化アルミニウム、炭酸カルシウム、シリカフューム、クレー、多面体オリゴシルセスキオキサン、膨張した酸化グラファイト及びその混合物からなる群から選ばれるものであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の防火性構造。
- 前記中空構造は発泡ポリスチレン及び発泡ポリプロピレンからなる群から選ばれるものであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の防火性構造。
- 前記中空構造の粒径は約5mmより小さいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の防火性構造。
- 分散剤、断熱剤、構造補強剤、バインダー、界面活性剤、顔料、染料、ひび割れ防止剤、防水剤、抗紫外線剤、抗菌剤、抗真菌剤及び炭素形成剤からなる群から選ばれる添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の防火性構造。
