Claims (40)
- 車両用の速度制御システムであって、
目標速度値に応じて車両を自動的に動作させるための手段と、
車体の少なくとも一部又は車両に対する乗員の体の少なくとも一部の動きに関連する情報を受け取るための手段と、
前記情報に基づいて目標速度値の値を自動調整するための手段を備える、システム。 - 目標速度値に応じて車両を自動的に動作させるための手段が、目標速度値に応じて車両を自動的に動作させるように構成された電気コントローラーを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 車体の少なくとも一部又は車両に対する乗員の体の少なくとも一部の動きに関連する情報を受け取るための手段は、車両の少なくとも一部又は車両に対する乗員の体の少なくとも一部の動きを示す電気信号を受け取るように構成された電気コントローラーを備える、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記情報に基づいて目標速度値の値を自動調整するための手段が、目標速度値の値を自動調整するために信号を出力するように構成された電気コントローラーを備える、請求項2又は請求項3に記載のシステム。
- コントローラーは、測定された快適レベルを示す信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて目標速度値を決定するように構成され、測定された快適レベルを示す信号が、車体の少なくとも一部又は乗員の体の少なくとも一部の動きに少なくとも部分的に基づいて決定される、請求項2乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- コントローラーが、更に、測定された快適レベルを示す信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて現在値から目標速度が調整される量を決定するように更に構成される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- コントローラーが、車体ピッチ角加速度、車体ロール角加速度及び車体ヒーブ加速度に少なくとも部分的に基づいて目標速度値を決定するように構成される、請求項5又は6に記載のシステム。
- コントローラーは、車体ピッチ角加速度、車体ロール角加速度及び車体ヒーブ加速度に少なくとも部分的に基づいて快適レベルを示す信号の値を決定するように構成される、請求項5乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- コントローラーは、ステアリング角、車速、車速の関数のステアリング角、運転傾斜値、運転面勾配、及び車両サスペンション発音又はサスペンション反りの量から選択される、地形上の車両の動きに関連した少なくとも一つのパラメーターに更に基づいて目標速度値を決定するように構成される、請求項5乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- コントローラーは、測定された快適レベルを示す信号及び少なくとも一つの追加の最大速度値に基づいて、快適誘導最大速度値を決定するように構成され、システムが、快適誘導最大速度値及び少なくとも一つの追加の最大速度値の低い方に目標速度値を設定させるように動作可能である、請求項5乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの追加の最大速度値が、ユーザーが走行を望む最大速度に対応するユーザー定義速度値を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの追加の最大速度値は、地形上の車両の動きに関連した少なくとも一つの追加パラメーターの現在値に適合する最大速度である速度値を含む、請求項10又は11に記載のシステム。
- コントローラーは、測定された快適レベルを示す信号と既定値又は規定値範囲の間の差を減じるように目標速度値を反復して調整するように構成される、請求項5乃至12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- コントローラーは、測定された快適レベルを示す信号値に基づいて所望の車両の加速又は速度変更値を計算するように構成され、これにより、目標速度の値を調整し、測定された快適レベルを示す信号と既定値又は規定値範囲の間の差を低下する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- コントローラーがユーザー入力電気信号を受け取るように構成され、このユーザー入力電気信号に基づいて、コントローラーが、更に目標速度値を調整する量を操作するように構成される、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。

目標速度値に応じて車両を自動的に動作させること;
車体の少なくとも一部又は車両に対する乗員の体の少なくとも一部の動きに関連する情報を受け取ること;及び
前記情報に基づいて目標速度値の値を自動調整することを含む、方法。 - 測定された快適レベルを示す信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて目標速度値を決定することを更に含み、測定された快適レベルを示す信号が、車体の少なくとも一部又は乗員の体の少なくとも一部の動きに少なくとも部分的に基づいて決定される、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 測定された快適レベルを示す信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて現在値から目標速度が調整される量を決定することを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 車体ピッチ角加速度、車体ロール角加速度及び車体ヒーブ加速度に少なくとも部分的に基づいて目標速度値を決定することを含む、請求項23又は24に記載の方法。
