Claims (15)
- ハニカム体(14)の複数の薄板金属層(1、2、3、4)と接続ピン(12)の電気的接続であって、前記ハニカム体(18)は、内周(I)を有する金属ケーシング(7)を備え、前記接続ピン(12)は、ブッシング(10)の中で電気的に絶縁された状態で前記金属ケーシング(7)を貫通し、前記薄板金属層(1、2、3、4)は、粗く構造化された薄板金属層(2)と細かく構造化された又は平滑な薄板金属層(1)が交互に配置され、前記薄板金属層は一緒に、最上部の薄板金属層(3)と最下部の薄板金属層(4)を有する積層体(5)を形成し、前記積層体は、気体が前記薄板金属層(1、2、3、4)の間を軸方向(A)に入口側(14)から出口側(15)に流れることができる流路(9)を有し、前記接続ピン(12)は、前記薄板金属層(1、2、3、4)と垂直に、即ち半径方向(R)に延び、接続領域(6)において前記積層体(5)の複数の薄板金属層(1、3、4)を取り囲む少なくとも一つの電気伝導性の媒介要素(13)によって、少なくとも2つの薄板金属層(1、2、3、4)に、金属を用いて接続されることを特徴とする電気的接続。
- 前記積層体(5)の前記最上部の薄板金属層(3)は、前記金属ケーシング(7)と平行に、前記内周(I)の少なくとも35%を超えて延び、前記金属ケーシングから空隙(8)のみによって分離されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気的接続。
- 前記積層体(5)の前記最上部の薄板金属層(3)は、前記金属ケーシング(7)と平行に、前記内周(I)の長さの少なくとも40%を超えて延びることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気的接続。
- 前記積層体(5)の前記最上部の薄板金属層(3)は、細かく構造化されているか又は平滑であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続。
- 少なくとも前記最上部の薄板金属層(3)又は前記最下部の薄板金属層(4)は、少なくとも部分領域において、厚くなった部分を有するか又は前記積層体(5)のさらなる薄板金属層(1、2)よりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続。
- 前記粗く構造化された薄板金属層(2)と前記細かく構造化された薄板金属層(1、3、4)は、それぞれ波形に形成され、前記粗く構造化された薄板金属層(2)の第2の波形高さ(H2)は、前記細かく構造化された薄板金属層(1、3、4)の第1の波形高さ(H1)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続。
- 前記粗く構造化された薄板金属層(2)と前記細かく構造化された薄板金属層(1、3、4)は、波形に形成され、前記粗く構造化された薄板金属層(2)の第2の波形長さ(L2)は、前記細かく構造化された薄板金属層(1、3、4)の第1の波形長さ(L1)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続。
- 前記積層体(5)の形状が、多数の支持ピン(17)によって安定化され、少なくとも一つの支持ピン(17)が、前記積層体(5)の外形に沿って測定したときに、前記接続ピン(12)から10cm以下の距離に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続。
- 前記媒介要素(13)は、少なくとも前記積層体(5)の前記入口側(14)又は前記出口側(15)まで延び、少なくとも前記入口側(14)又は前記出口側(15)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続。
- 前記媒介要素(13)は、前記積層体(5)の端部(16)の周りで、前記積層体(5)を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続。
- 前記媒介要素(13)の形状は、少なくとも前記積層体(5)の端部(16)の横断面(19)の形状又は縦断面(20)の形状と一致することを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続。
- 前記媒介要素(13)は、前記薄板金属層が少なくとも前記入口側(14)又は前記出口側(15)で前記媒介要素(13)と突き当たることによって、前記積層体(5)の複数の又はすべての薄板金属層と直接接触することを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続。
- 前記媒介要素(13)の領域における前記積層体(5)の横断面(19)は、前記積層体(5)の残りの外形と同じ形状及び同じ大きさを有することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続。
- 前記積層体(5)の端部(16)は、前記媒介要素(13)の外でテーパー状となっていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の電気的接続を有するハニカム体(14)。
