Claims (15)
- ハニカム体(14)であって、多数のシートメタル層(1、2、3、4)を有し、前記シートメタル層(1、2、3、4)は、共に少なくとも1つの電気伝導性の中央電流路(23)を形成し、接続ピン(12)に電気的に接続され、前記ハニカム体(14)は、内側周囲(I)を定める金属ケーシング(7)を備え、前記接続ピン(12)は、前記金属ケーシング(7)を通って、フィードスルー(10)の中を電気絶縁的に導かれ、前記シートメタル層(1、2、3、4)は、粗い構造を有するシートメタル層(2)と、細かい構造を有する、またはスムーズな、シートメタル層(1)と、が交互に配置され、前記粗い構造を有するシートメタル層(2)と、前記細かい構造を有する、またはスムーズな、シートメタル層(1)と、は、最上シートメタル層(3)と最下シートメタル層(4)とを有するスタック(5)を共に形成し、前記スタック(5)は、ガスが軸方向(A)に流れ通ることができるチャネル(19)を、前記シートメタル層(1、2、3、4)の間に備え、

- 請求項1、2または3に記載のハニカム体(14)であって、前記スタック(5)の少なくとも前記最上シートメタル層(3)または前記最下シートメタル層(4)は、細かい構造を有するかまたはスムーズである、ハニカム体(14)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(14)であって、少なくとも前記最上シートメタル層(3)または前記最下シートメタル層(4)は、少なくとも部分領域において増大した厚さ(25)を有するか、または他のシートメタル層(1、2)よりも厚い、ハニカム体(14)。
- 請求項5に記載のハニカム体(14)であって、前記最下シートメタル層(4)は、少なくとも接続領域(6)において、および前記スタック(5)の一部に沿って、増大した厚さ(25)を有するか、または他のシートメタル層(1、2)よりも厚い、ハニカム体(14)。

- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(14)であって、前記スタック(5)の前記粗い構造を有するシートメタル層(2)は、前記スムーズな、または細かい構造を有する、シートメタル層(1、3、4)よりも短く、その上、前記粗い構造を有するシートメタル層(2)は、前記接続ピン(12)に到達する前に終わり、前記スムーズな、または細かい構造を有する、シートメタル層(1、3、4)のみが、接続領域(6)において前記接続ピン(12)まで延びる、ハニカム体(14)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(14)であって、前記粗い構造を有するシートメタル層(2)と、前記細かい構造を有するシートメタル層(1、3、4)と、は、それぞれ波形であり、前記粗い構造を有するシートメタル層(2)の第2の波高(H2)は、前記細かい構造を有するシートメタル層(1、3、4)の第1の波高(H1)よりも大きく、その上、3〜10の因数だけである、ハニカム体(14)。

- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(14)であって、前記スタック(5)は、5〜15のシートメタル層(1、2、3、4)を含み、前記ハニカム体(14)においてS形のように相対する方向に組まれて配置され、前記スタック(5)の巻き(16)は、空気隙間(8)によって、互いの間で電気絶縁される、ハニカム体(14)。
- 請求項12に記載のハニカム体(14)であって、少なくとも、前記スタック(5)のより厚い前記最上シートメタル層(3)、またはその増大した厚さ(25)の領域は、前記スタックの長さの一部にわたってのみ延びる、ハニカム体(14)。
