Claims (21)
- ねじなし管継手(X00)であって、
ソケット(X01)と、前記ソケット(X01)内に、挿入方向(10)に挿入されるよう構成されたプラグ(X02)と、前記プラグ(X02)の外周面(X04)と、該プラグと協働する前記ソケット(X01)の周側壁(X06)の内面(X05)との間に配置され、前記プラグ(X02)が前記ソケット(X01)内に配置されると流体を気密封止する、シール部材(X03)と、を具え、
前記シール部材(X03)は、前記挿入方向と同方向を向いた第1シール面(X60)と、該第1シール面の反対側に第2シール面(X61)とを具え、
前記プラグ(X02)は、ロック部材(X07)によって前記ソケット(X01)内に保持され、該ロック部材(X07)は、前記ソケット(X01)の前記周側壁(X06)のスロット(X08)から横向きに挿入されて、前記第2シール面(X61)の近傍にて、前記プラグ(X02)の周りに係合し、
前記ロック部材(X07)の遠位端(X28,X29)は、半径方向にみると、取付け位置にて前記プラグ(X02)の前記外周面(X04)と、前記ソケット(X01)の前記周側壁(X06)との間に配置され、
前記ロック部材は、第1軸方向端面(X10)と、該第1軸方向端面(X10)の反対側に配置された第2軸方向端面(X12)とを具え、前記スロットは、軸方向接触面(X13,X14)によって区切られ、
前記ロック部材の前記軸方向端面(X10,X12)が半径方向外側に収束し、且つ前記スロットの前記軸方向接触面(X13,14)が半径方向外側に収束することを特徴とする、ねじなし管継手。 - 請求項1に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ロック部材(X07)の少なくとも一方の軸方向端面(X10,X12)が管継手の軸方向に対して傾斜し、他方の軸方向端面が管継手の軸方向に対して垂直であり、該軸方向端面の各々と対面する前記軸方向接触面(X13,X14)が前記軸方向端面と同等の角度で形成されている、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1または2に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記軸方向端面(X10,X12)がともに同じ角度で半径方向外向きに収束するよう傾斜し、前記軸方向接触面(X13,X14)が同等の角度で形成されている、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、収束する前記軸方向接触面(X14,13)間の最小間隔はd1であり、前記軸方向端面(X10,X12)間の最大長さが実質的にd1である、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ソケット(X01)の少なくとも一方の軸方向接触面(X13,X14)における、前記管継手(X00)の中心軸に最も近い領域に周方向凹部(X62)が設けられ、該軸方向接触面と対向する前記ロック部材(X07)の前記軸方向端面(X10,X12)に、該ロック部材が前記スロット(X08)内に配置されると前記凹部(X62)と係合するよう適合された周方向ショルダ(X63)が設けられている、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ロック部材(X07)の前記第1軸方向端面(X10)が、前記プラグ(X02)上に設けられた軸方向当接面(X11)と協働し、前記第1軸方向端面(X10)とは反対側の前記第2軸方向端面(X12)が、前記ソケット(X01)に設けられた軸方向接触面(X13)と協働することによって、前記プラグ(X02)と前記ソケット(X01)とを引き離す向きに働く引張り力を吸収する、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ロック部材(X07)が、第1脚部(X26)および第2脚部(X27)を有する馬蹄形であり、前記第1脚部(X26)および前記第2脚部(X27)の遠位端(X28,X29)が隙間を介して離間し、該遠位端(X28,X29)とは反対側の近位端はブリッジ(X30)を介して接続している、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ロック部材(X07)が、スナップフィットにより前記プラグ(X02)の周囲に係合するよう構成されたスプリングクリップである、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ロック部材(X07)が、挿入位置における軸方向投影で、前記ソケット(X01)表面の投影輪郭(X34)より外側には突出しない、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ロック部材(207)の少なくとも1つの前記軸方向端面(210,212)、前記プラグ(202)の協働する前記軸方向当接面(211,215)、および/または、前記ソケット(201)の協働する前記軸方向接触面(213,214)が、前記軸方向に対して垂直であり、且つ互いに平行である、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ロック部材(507)の前記軸方向端面(510,512)の少なくとも一方は凸状円錐形であり、且つ該軸方向端面と協働する、前記プラグの前記当接面および/または前記ソケット(513,514)の前記接触面が凸状円錐形であり、これらの協働面は、軸方向荷重が管継手に適用されると互いに押圧し、前記ロック部材(507)を半径方向内側に押し込む、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ロック部材(707)が、前記第1脚部(726)および前記第2脚部(727)の遠位端(728,729)にヒンジ止めされた延長フラップ(750,751)を具える、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ロック部材(X07)に、該ロック部材(X07)を把持して前記挿入位置から取り除くための1つ以上の把持手段X32,X33,X35,X36,X37,X38)が設けられている、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ロック部材(X7)を複数具える、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記シール部材(X03)が、前記プラグ(X02)の前記外周面(X04)に予め取付けられている、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記シール部材(X03)を複数具える、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、半径方向ガイド/センタリング手段(X47)および/または軸方向サポート手段(X23,X24)をさらに具え、前記ソケット(X01)に対する前記プラグ(X02)の傾斜および/または回転に関連する、前記管継手(X00)のいかなる弛みも低減する、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記プラグの前記外周面(X04)と、該外周面と協働する前記ソケット(X01)の周側壁(X06)の内面と、が円形断面を有する、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、組み立てた前記管継手(X00)の前記プラグ(X02)が、前記軸方向に平行である中心軸(CA)の周りに、前記ソケット(X01)に対し自由に回転可能である、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記プラグ(X02)が前記軸方向と平行である中心軸(CA)の周りを前記ソケットに対して回転すること、を防止するための止め手段(X43,X44)を具える、ねじなし管継手。
- 請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載のねじなし管継手であって、前記ロック部材(X07)を前記挿入位置に封入し、前記ソケット(X01)の前記スロット(X08)を封止する、保護スリーブ(X40)をさらに具える、ねじなし管継手。
