Claims (10)
- 幾つかのストリップ導体(7)から成るストリップ導体構造体(3)を含む自動車部品支持体、特に、自動車ドアロック・ハウジング(1)において、
前記ストリップ導体構造体(3)は、後で適用される少なくとも1つの接続要素(8)によって電気的に相互接続される少なくとも2つのストリップ導体サブ構造体(3a、3b)を含むことを特徴とする、自動車部品支持体。 - 前記接続要素(8)は、第1のストリップ導体サブ構造体(3a)に接続される又は接続可能なピン(8)として設計され、前記ピンは、後に第2のストリップ導体サブ構造体(3b)に機械的に結合して、電気的接続をもたらすことができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車部品支持体。
- 前記機械的結合は、溶接接続、終端クランプ、はんだ接続、クランプ/圧着接続、冷間圧接接続、又は同等の機械的接続によってもたらされることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の自動車部品支持体。
- 前記接続要素(8)は、第1のストリップ導体サブ構造体(3a)及び第2のストリップ導体サブ構造体(3b)に接続可能なピン(8)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車部品支持体。
- 前記接続要素(8)は、嵌合、特に締まり嵌めによって、前記ストリップ導体サブ構造体(3a、3b)に接続することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の自動車部品支持体。
- 前記接続要素(8)は、溶接接続、終端クランプ、はんだ接続、クランプ/圧着接続、冷間圧接接続、又は同等の機械的接続によって、及び/又は、前記ストリップ導体(7)の成形部品として、それぞれの前記ストリップ導体サブ構造体(3a、3b)に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の自動車部品支持体。
- 第1のストリップ導体サブ構造体(3a)は主ストリップ導体サブ構造体(3a)として設計され、第2のストリップ導体サブ構造体(3b)又はあらゆる第2のストリップ導体サブ構造体は拡張ストリップ導体サブ構造体(3b)として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の自動車部品支持体。
- 2つの部分的な前記ストリップ導体サブ構造体(3a、3b)は、同じレベル又は異なるレベルに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の自動車部品支持体。
- ストリップ導体構造体(3)を、電気絶縁キャリア要素(T)の凹部(2)及び/又は前記電気絶縁キャリア要素(T)を製造するための型に挿入し、電気/電子部品(4)を装備し、次いで、電気絶縁コンパウンド(6)で封入する、自動車部品支持体、特に、自動車ドア・ハウジング(1)を製造するための方法において、
前記ストリップ導体構造体(3)は、後で適用される接続要素(8)によって互いに電気的に接続される少なくとも2つのストリップ導体サブ構造体(3a、3b)を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記接続要素(8)は、前記電気/電子部品(4)と共に前記電気絶縁コンパウンド(6)で封入されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
