Abstract
Description
本発明に係る創傷包帯に用いられる、種々の繊維状(繊維質)のマットの乾燥特性(性質)が、比較された。
本発明に係る創傷包帯は、70gsmのマットを形成するべく、カーディング、クロスラッピング(cross-lapping)、及びニードル穿孔密度が22迄のニードルパンチングにより、ゲル形成繊維(カルボキシメチルセルロース)の2つのマットを準備することにより、形成された。そのマットは、アンハイドラス包帯(無水包帯)に基づく全含有量が約1.18%の銀を与えるべく、国際公開第02/43743(A)号パンフレット(特許文献2)に記載された方法で、銀イオンが含浸せしめられた。そのマットは、他の上面の上に置かれ、そして、横糸ステッチがマットの間にあるように、国際出願PCT/GB2009/001138号明細書(特許文献1)に記載された方法により、縫い付けて接合された。
この実施例は、最適化された開放的な構造の繊維状のマットの水和状態と、抗菌有効性との関係を示す。
この実施例は、最適化された開放的な構造の繊維状のマットの乾燥(脱水)の速度と、脆弱な表面からのそれらの取り外し易さとの関係を示す。
Claims (11)
- 銀を含むゲル形成繊維のマットを有する創傷包帯にして、
マットは、織物繊維又は糸で、或いは創傷の治療に用いられる限定された吸収性の繊維又は糸で、補強された開放的な構造を有する、創傷包帯。 - 上記マットは、流体ジェットエンタングルメントで絡められた、又はニードルで穿孔された、ゲル形成不織繊維のマットである、請求項1に記載の創傷包帯。
- 上記マットは、1平方メートルにつき、50から200グラムの基本重量を有する、上記いずれかの請求項に記載の創傷包帯。
- 上記開放的な構造は、規則的な、又は不規則的な、2次元の、又は3次元の、与えられた質量に対して大きな容積を有する、繊維の配置によって画定され、内部の自由体積は、固形化した繊維の体積を上回る、上記いずれかの請求項に記載の創傷包帯。
- 上記マットは、1平方センチメートルにつき、60未満のニードル穿孔密度を有する、上記いずれかの請求項に記載の創傷包帯。
- 上記マットは、マットにおける上記ゲル形成繊維とブレンドされた織物繊維で補強されている、上記いずれかの請求項に記載の創傷包帯。
- 上記マットは、織物繊維の糸によるステッチボンディングで補強されている、上記いずれかの請求項に記載の創傷包帯。
- 上記マットは、縦方向のステッチのラインによるステッチボンディングで補強されている、上記いずれかの請求項に記載の創傷包帯。
- 上記ゲル形成繊維は、修飾されたセルロースゲル形成繊維である、上記いずれかの請求項に記載の創傷包帯。
- 1平方センチメートルにつき、60、又はこれよりも高い、ニードル穿孔密度を有するマットからなる包帯よりも、少なくとも25%低い水分蒸散率を有する、上記いずれかの請求項に記載の創傷包帯。
- 最初の48時間の着用を通して、75%未満の(包帯からのパーセンテージ重量損失で測定されるような)水分蒸散率を有することによって、創傷の水和作用を維持する、上記いずれかの請求項に記載の創傷包帯。
