Description
本発明に係る創傷被覆材に用いられる、種々の繊維状(繊維質)のマットの乾燥特性(性質)が、比較された。
本発明に係る創傷被覆材は、70gsmのマットを形成するべく、カーディング、クロスラッピング(cross-lapping)、及びニードルパンチ密度が22迄のニードルパンチングにより、ゲル形成繊維(カルボキシメチルセルロース)の2つのマットを準備することにより、形成された。そのマットは、アンハイドラス包帯(無水包帯)に基づく全含有量が約1.18%の銀を与えるべく、国際公開第02/43743(A)号パンフレット(特許文献2)に記載された方法で、銀イオンが含浸せしめられた。そのマットは、他の上面の上に置かれ、そして、横糸ステッチがマットの間にあるように、国際出願PCT/GB2009/001138号明細書(特許文献1)に記載された方法により、縫い付けて接合された。
この実施例は、最適化された開放的な構造の繊維状のマットの水和状態と、抗菌有効性との関係を示す。

Claims (7)
- 0.1重量%と20重量%の間の銀を含むゲル形成繊維の、マットを、有する、創傷被覆材であって、
マットは、創傷の治療に用いられる、自由膨潤方法で測定されるときに10g/g未満の限定された吸収性の、繊維で、補強されており、1平方センチメートルにつき、10から50のニードルパンチ密度を有する、創傷被覆材。 - 上記マットは、ニードルパンチによるゲル形成不織繊維のマットである、請求項1に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 上記マットは、1平方メートルにつき、50から200グラムの坪量を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の創傷被覆材。
- 上記マットは、マットにおける上記ゲル形成繊維とブレンドされた織物繊維で補強されている、請求項1〜3の何れか一つに記載の創傷被覆材。
- 上記マットは、織物繊維の糸によるステッチボンディングで補強されている、請求項1〜4の何れか一つに記載の創傷被覆材。
- 上記マットは、縦方向のステッチのラインによるステッチボンディングで補強されている、請求項1〜5の何れか一つに記載の創傷被覆材。
- 上記ゲル形成繊維は、変性セルロースゲル形成繊維である、請求項1〜6の何れか一つに記載の創傷被覆材。
