本申请与现有技术相比,其详细说明如下:
本发明创可贴采用由芦荟纤维和化学纤维组成的芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层,芦荟纤维具有良好的吸湿性和放湿性,由由芦荟纤维和化学纤维组成的芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层具有止血、生肌、杀菌、保湿功能,给创口提供温润、无菌的愈合环境。本发明提供的创可贴包括:胶带层、芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层,离型材料层,结构简单,具有较好的抗菌性、吸湿排汗性、弹性和透气性,能促进伤口的愈合。
进一步的,本发明芦荟纤维为抗菌芦荟纤维,化学纤维为抗菌涤纶纤维,提高了本发明创可贴抗菌性。更进一步的,抗菌芦荟纤维由再生纤维素、芦荟抗菌成分和载药微球组成,芦荟抗菌成分由和抗菌剂和芦荟提取物组成。采用载药微球将芦荟抗菌成分包埋、承载,再将载药微球添加到再生纤维素纤维的纺丝液中进行纺丝,由于起到抗菌作用的抗菌成分都被载药微球所包埋,其抗菌成分在纤维中会缓慢释放,实现抗菌成分的缓释作用,起到保持长时间有效抗菌的作用,提高了本发明创可贴抗菌性,给创口提供温润、无菌的愈合环境,能促进伤口的愈合。

为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种芦荟创可贴,包括:胶带层1、芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层2,离型材料层3;所述胶带层1的一面具有粘胶12,所述芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层2粘附在所述胶带层1具有粘胶12的一面上的中间部位;所述芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层2由芦荟纤维和化学纤维组成;所述胶带层1具有粘胶12的一面上设置有结构对称的所述离型材料层3,所述离型材料层3自胶带层1的两端向中间延伸,且交叉覆盖在所述芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层2上。
所述胶带层1材料为:透气无纺布胶带、弹力胶带或PE胶带;所述离型材料层3为离型纸层。
所述芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层2经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线和所述纬线为芦荟纤维和化学纤维混纺织成,所述经线和所述纬线制备方法具体包括:将芦荟纤维化学纤维送入并条机-粗纱机-细纱机-络筒机,既得。所述的芦荟纤维在经线中所占的重量百分比为20%~80%,所述的芦荟纤维在纬纱中所占的重量百分比为20%~80%。
所述芦荟纤维为抗菌芦荟纤维。所述抗菌芦荟纤维由再生纤维素、芦荟抗菌成分和载药微球组成,所述芦荟抗菌成分由和抗菌剂和芦荟提取物组成。所述芦荟提取物以干物质计在所述芦荟抗菌中所占的重量百分比为1%~20%。所述抗菌剂为有机抗菌剂和/或无机抗菌剂。所述芦荟抗菌成分以干物质计在抗菌芦荟纤维中所占的重量百分比为10%~15%,所述再生纤维素在抗菌芦荟纤维中所占的重量百分比为50%~70%。所述芦荟抗菌成分被载药微球所承载。采用载药微球将芦荟抗菌成分包埋,再将载药微球添加到再生纤维素纤维的纺丝液中进行纺丝,
所述化学纤维为涤纶纤维,所述化学纤维为抗菌涤纶纤维。
本发明芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层2吸水率≥200%,透气率>180mm/s。

1.一种芦荟创可贴,其特征在于,包括:胶带层、芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层,离型材料层;所述胶带层的一面具有粘胶,所述芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层粘附在所述胶带层具有粘胶的一面上的中间部位;所述芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层由芦荟纤维和化学纤维组成;所述胶带层具有粘胶的一面上设置有结构对称的所述离型材料层,所述离型材料层自胶带层的两端向中间延伸,且交叉覆盖在所述芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟创可贴,其特征在于,所述胶带层材料为:透气无纺布胶带、弹力胶带或PE胶带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟创可贴,其特征在于,所述离型材料层为离型纸层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟创可贴,其特征在于,所述芦荟纤维化学纤维织物层经线和纬线相互交织而成,所述经线和所述纬线为芦荟纤维和化学纤维混纺织成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟创可贴,其特征在于,所述芦荟纤维为抗菌芦荟纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟创可贴,其特征在于,所述的芦荟纤维在经线中所占的重量百分比为20%~80%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟创可贴,其特征在于,所述的芦荟纤维在纬纱中所占的重量百分比为20%~80%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的芦荟创可贴,其特征在于,所述化学纤维为涤纶纤维。
9.根据权利要求8所述的芦荟创可贴,其特征在于,所述化学纤维为抗菌涤纶纤维。
