Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- 車両に用いられる一体型光起電力(PV)モジュールの製造方法であって、
第1ガラス基板及び第2ガラス基板を供給する工程と、
複数のスルーホールを有するPVモジュールを供給する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板と、それらの間に配置した前記PVモジュールとを互いに積層する積層工程と、
を含み、
前記積層工程中、前記スルーホールの寸法、形状、及び配置により、前記PVモジュールの前記複数のスルーホールが積層材で少なくとも実質上塞がれることができ、
前記スルーホールが全体として、前記一体型PVモジュールを通過する可視透過率が少なくとも選択された目標値を達成できるように選択された総面積を有する、
一体型光起電力(PV)モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記目標値が10%である、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記PVモジュールは、離隔された複数の太陽電池を含む、
請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記太陽電池は、導電性材料の格子で分離されている、
請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記スルーホールは、前記格子の線から、電気的短絡を防止するのに十分な距離を空けて配置される、
請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記距離は、少なくとも約1mmである、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記スルーホールは、前記格子のセル内の実質上中心にある、
請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記スルーホールの少なくとも一部は、隣接する前記太陽電池同士の間に配置される、
請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記スルーホールの少なくとも一部は、前記PVモジュールの周縁部に配置され、どの前記太陽電池よりも周縁部に近い、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 複数のバスバーを前記PVモジュールに接続する工程を更に含む、
請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記各々のスルーホールは、一般に細長く、丸角を有する、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造された一体型光起電力(PV)モジュールを供給する工程と、
前記一体型PVモジュールを前記車両に組み込む工程と、を含む、
車両の製造方法。 - 光起電力(PV)モジュールの製造方法であって、
その上に複数の太陽電池が形成された基板を供給する工程と、
前記基板上に導電性材料の格子を供給する工程と、
前記基板に複数のスルーホールを形成する工程であって、
(a)前記スルーホールが全体として、PVモジュールが配置された一体型PVモジュールを通過する可視透過率が選択された目標値を達成できるように選択された総面積を有するようなパターンであり、かつ、
(b)前記スルーホールが、前記一体型PVモジュールの製造に用いられる積層材が前記スルーホールに流れ込んで当該スルーホールを実質上塞ぐことができるために十分な縦横比及び配置を有するようなパターンで、
前記基板に複数のスルーホールを形成する工程と、を含む、
光起電力(PV)モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記スルーホールは、レーザ切断によって形成される、
請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記PVモジュールの前記太陽電池は、CIGS型太陽電池である、
請求項13〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 車両に用いられる一体型光起電力(PV)モジュールであって、
第1ガラス基板及び第2ガラス基板と、
離隔された複数の太陽電池を含み、かつ複数のスルーホールが形成されたPVモジュールであって、前記第1ガラス基板と前記第2ガラス基板の間に挟持されているPVモジュールと、
前記基板の上と隣接する前記太陽電池同士の間とに形成された複数の集電線と、
を含み、
前記PVモジュールは、前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板と積層され、当該PVモジュールの前記複数のスルーホールは、当該スルーホールの寸法、形状、及び配置により、積層材で実質上塞がれ、
前記スルーホールは全体として、前記一体型PVモジュールを通過する可視透過率が選択された目標値を達成できるように選択された総面積を有する、
一体型光起電力(PV)モジュール。 - 前記スルーホールは、格子の線から、電気的短絡を防止するのに十分な距離を空けて配置される、
請求項16に記載のモジュール。 - 前記スルーホールは、前記格子のセル内の実質上中心にある、
請求項17に記載のモジュール。 - 前記スルーホールの第1サブセットは、隣接する前記太陽電池同士の間に配置され、
前記スルーホールの第2サブセットは、前記PVモジュールの周縁部に配置され、どの前記太陽電池よりも前記周縁部に近い、
請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。 - 前記積層材は、PVBである、
請求項16〜19のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。 - 前記太陽電池は、CIGS型太陽電池である、
請求項16〜20のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。 - 前記第2ガラス基板は、前記第1ガラス基板より鉄を多く含んでいる、
請求項16〜21のいずれか一項に記載のモジュール。 - 請求項16〜22のいずれか一項に記載の一体型光起電力(PV)モジュールを含む、サンルーフ。
