Abstract
Description
本非仮特許出願は、2012年3月27日付け、米国仮出願、シリアル番号61/616,236、「使用済み還元的アミノ化触媒からのレニウム回収」の35USC§119(e)に基づき優先権を主張し、記載された全ての記載内容を援用するものである。
a)還元的アミノ化を行うために還元雰囲気で使用されている不均一触媒を与えることであって、触媒は、基板とレニウムを含む少なくとも1種と前記基板に支持されたニッケルを含む少なくとも1種とを含み、レニウムを含む少なくとも1種は、液体キャリアにおいて第1の溶解度を有し、基板は基板の総重量に基づいて少なくとも15重量%のアルミナを含む、不均一触媒を与えること、
b)熱存在下及びRe含有種の少なくとも一部を液体キャリアにおいて第2の溶解度を有するRe含有製品に変換するのに有効な条件にある少なくとも1つの酸化剤の存在下で、触媒を液体キャリアに接触させることであって、第2の溶解度は第1の溶解度より大きい、触媒を液体キャリアに接触させること、および
c)液体キャリアにRe含有製品を抽出すること。
a)還元的アミノ化を行うために還元雰囲気で使用されている触媒を与えることであって、触媒は、基板と7+以下の酸化状態のレニウムを含む少なくとも1種と基板に支持されたニッケルを含む少なくとも1種とを含み、基板は基板の総重量に基づいて15重量%のアルミナを含む、触媒を与えること、
b)熱存在下及びRe含有種を液体に抽出することが有効な条件にある少なくとも1つの酸化剤の存在下で、触媒を液体に接触させることであって、抽出されたRe含有種は7+の酸化状態のReを含む、触媒を液体に接触させること、
c)抽出されたRe含有種を含む含浸液を調製するため、抽出されたRe含有種を含む液を用いること、
d)少なくとも1つのRe含有種、および少なくとも1つの触媒的に活性なNi含有種を含む不均一系触媒調製するため含浸液を用いることであって、Re含有種におけるReの少なくとも一部は7+の酸化状態にある、含浸液を用いること、
e)任意に、還元的アミノ化の触媒活性を有する触媒を提供するため還元雰囲気下で不均一触媒を処理すること。
a)基板と基板に支持された7+以下の酸化状態のレニウムを含む少なくとも1種と基板に支持された触媒的に活性なニッケルを含む少なくとも1種とを含む第1の不均一系触媒を与えることであって、基板は基板の総重量に基づいて15重量%のアルミナを含む、第1の不均一系触媒を与えること、
b)還元的アミノ化処理を行う還元雰囲気で第1の不均一触媒を用いること、
c)熱存在下及び7+の酸化状態にあるレニウムを含む少なくともRe含有種の少なくとも一部を、7+の酸化状態にあるReを含む酸化Re含有製品に変換するのに有効な条件にある少なくとも1つの酸化剤の存在下で、また、酸化Re含有製品が液体に抽出される条件下で、使用した第1の不均一系触媒を液体に接触させること、
d)還元雰囲気下での還元的アミノ化触媒の触媒活性を有する第2の不均一系触媒を調製するため酸化Re含有製品を含む成分をもたらすこと、および
e)還元的アミノ化の還元雰囲気で第2の不均一系触媒をもたらすこと。
蒸留水100mlを丸底フラスコに加え、加熱マントルに設置した。ソックスレー用のシンブル抽出機に、6.2wt%Ni、アルミナ/シリカ基板に支持された4.8wt%Reが含まれている使用済還元的アミノ化触媒の1.0gを設置した。フラスコを空気中の酸素の存在下で温水に触媒を洗浄するために大気に開放して加熱還流した。これで、Reが水に抽出された。還流は、後のフラスコの内容を冷却して4時間後に認められた。10mlの試料液は新鮮な水10mlと除去、置換した。フラスコを、水に触媒抽出Reを洗浄する4時間還流に再度加熱した。この操作を3回繰り返した。3つの採取した試料は、Ni、Re、Al、Siの誘導結合プラズマ質量分析(ICP−MS)により解析を行った。結果を以下に報告する。使用済みの還元的アミノ化触媒に含まれるReに基づいてReの37.4%の全還流の12時間後の使用済み触媒から回収した。表は、Ni、Al、Siに対するReを回収するための高選択性を示すものである。
アルミナ/シリカ基板に5.0wt%ニッケルと5.7wt%レニウムを含んだ使用済み還元的アミノ化触媒25gを活栓付きガラス管に充填した。触媒含むガラス管を介して水性抽出物を還流させるためにポンプを用いて8時間、70°C〜90°Cに空気の存在下で蒸留水の約100mlで、使用済み触媒を洗浄し続けた。100mlのフレッシュ蒸留水で、手順を6回繰り返した。水性抽出物を組み合わせ、七酸化レニウム/過レニウム酸溶液を付与する回転蒸発器に濃縮した。Re量はICP−MSを用いて測定し、硝酸ニッケル、ホウ酸を加え、触媒含浸液が得られた。アルミナ/シリカ基板、US6,534,441において説明した手順を用いて、含浸液と基板を用いて不均一系触媒を調製した。基板上に組み込まれたReは、+7酸化状態で回収された七酸化レニウム過レニウム酸の形であった。この触媒の性能は、比較の触媒を作製するために使用されたフレッシュ過レニウム酸以外の他の同一触媒と比較した。触媒はアンモニアとモノエタノールアミンの還元的アミノ化(MEA)に使用した。結果を以下の表に設けた。
ここで挙げた全ての特許、出願、文献を個別に組み込まれた場合には参照により組み込まれている。特に断らない限り、全ての部分及び%は重量であり、全分子量は重量平均分子量である。以上の詳細な説明は、理解の便宜上付与されている。不要な制約がないことが理解されるようになっている。本発明は、当業者には自明の請求項に記載の発明に含まれることを示し、厳密な詳細に限定されない。
Claims (19)
- 以下のステップから成る、還元的アミノ化触媒からレニウムを回収する方法:
a)還元的アミノ化を行うために還元雰囲気で使用されている不均一触媒を与えることであって、前記触媒は、基板とレニウムを含む少なくとも1種と前記基板に支持されたニッケルを含む少なくとも1種とを含み、レニウムを含む前記少なくとも1種は、液体キャリアにおいて第1の溶解度を有し、前記基板は前記基板の総重量に基づいて少なくとも15重量%のアルミナを含む、不均一触媒を与えること、
b)熱存在下及び前記Re含有種の少なくとも一部を液体キャリアにおいて第2の溶解度を有するRe含有製品に変換するのに有効な条件にある少なくとも1つの酸化剤の存在下で、前記触媒を前記液体キャリアに接触させることであって、前記第2の溶解度は前記第1の溶解度より大きい、前記触媒を前記液体キャリアに接触させること、および
c)前記液体キャリアに前記Re含有製品を抽出すること。 - 前記基板はゲスト・ホスト構造を含み、前記不均一触媒は少なくとも前記ゲスト粒子上に支持されている請求項1の方法。
- ステップ(a)が前記基板を焼成、低減することを含む前記いずれかの請求項の方法。
- 前記基板がアルミナおよびシリカを含む前記いずれかの請求項の方法。
- 前記不均一系触媒が、少なくとも1つのCo含有種及びCu含有種をさらに含む前記いずれかの請求項の方法。
- 前記触媒が、少なくとも1つのCo含有種をさらに含み、金属基準におけるNiとCoとの重量比が3:1〜10:1の範囲である請求項5の方法。
- 前記触媒が、少なくとも1つのCu含有種をさらに含み、金属基準におけるNiとCuとの重量比が3:1〜10:1の範囲である請求項5の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの酸化剤が、O2を含む前記いずれかの請求項の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの酸化剤が、過酸化水素水を含む前記いずれかの請求項の方法。
- 前記不均一系触媒の総重量に基づいて、前記不均一系触媒が1〜15重量%Reを含む前記いずれかの請求項の方法。
- ステップ(a)で与えられたレニウムの少なくとも一部が+4以下の酸化状態を有している前記いずれかの請求項の方法。
- ステップ(c)で使用されたレニウムの少なくとも一部が、+7の酸化状態を有している前記いずれかの請求項の方法。
- 前記液体キャリアが水を含む前記いずれかの請求項の方法。
- 前記液体キャリアが極性有機溶媒を含む前記いずれかの請求項の方法。
- 前記液体キャリアが酸性である請求項13の方法。
- 前記液体キャリアが塩基性である請求項13の方法。
- 前記液体キャリアが中性である請求項13の方法。
- 以下のステップを含む、不均一系触媒を作製する方法:
a)還元的アミノ化を行うために還元雰囲気で使用されている触媒を与えることであって、前記触媒は、基板と7+以下の酸化状態のレニウムを含む少なくとも1種と前記基板に支持されたニッケルを含む少なくとも1種とを含み、前記基板は前記基板の総重量に基づいて15重量%のアルミナを含む、触媒を与えること、
b)熱存在下及びRe含有種を液体に抽出することが有効な条件にある少なくとも1つの酸化剤の存在下で、前記触媒を前記液体に接触させることであって、前記抽出されたRe含有種は7+の酸化状態のReを含む、前記触媒を前記液体に接触させること、
c)前記抽出されたRe含有種を含む含浸液を調製するため、前記抽出されたRe含有種を含む液を用いること、
d)少なくとも1つの前記Re含有種、および少なくとも1つの触媒的に活性なNi含有種を含む不均一系触媒調製するため前記含浸液を用いることであって、前記Re含有種におけるReの少なくとも一部は7+の酸化状態にある、前記含浸液を用いること、
e)任意に、還元的アミノ化の触媒活性を有する触媒を提供するため還元雰囲気下で前記不均一触媒を処理すること。 - 以下のステップを含む、還元的アミノ化の触媒活性を持つ不均一系触媒においてReを用いる方法:
a)基板と前記基板に支持された7+以下の酸化状態のレニウムを含む少なくとも1種と前記基板に支持された触媒的に活性なニッケルを含む少なくとも1種とを含む第1の不均一系触媒を与えることであって、前記基板は前記基板の総重量に基づいて15重量%のアルミナを含む、第1の不均一系触媒を与えること、
b)還元的アミノ化処理を行う還元雰囲気で前記第1の不均一触媒を用いること、
c)熱存在下及び7+の酸化状態にあるレニウムを含む少なくともRe含有種の少なくとも一部を、7+の酸化状態にあるReを含む酸化Re含有製品に変換するのに有効な条件にある少なくとも1つの酸化剤の存在下で、また、前記酸化Re含有製品が前記液体に抽出される条件下で、前記使用した第1の不均一系触媒を前記液体に接触させること、
d)還元雰囲気下での還元的アミノ化触媒の触媒活性を有する第2の不均一系触媒を調製するため前記酸化Re含有製品を含む成分をもたらすこと、および
e)還元的アミノ化の還元雰囲気で前記第2の不均一系触媒をもたらすこと。
