Claims (12)
- エアバッグ(10)と、前記エアバッグ(10)を受け取り保持するための受取保持要素(20)と、前記エアバッグ(10)にガスを充填するためのインフレータとを有するエアバッグモジュール(5)において、
前記エアバッグ(10)および/または前記受取保持要素(20)が、少なくとも部分的に放射線架橋された樹脂、特に放射線架橋された熱可塑性樹脂から構成されることを特徴とする、エアバッグモジュール(5)。 - 前記受取保持要素(20)が少なくとも2つの個別部品から構成され、前記2つの個別部品の1つが少なくとも部分的に放射線架橋された樹脂から構成され、前記もう1つの個別要素が少なくとも部分的に放射線架橋されていない樹脂、特に放射線架橋されていない熱可塑性樹脂から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記受取保持要素(20)の各個別部品の前記樹脂構成要素が、完全に放射線架橋された樹脂から構成されるか、または完全に放射線架橋されていない樹脂から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 少なくとも1つの個別部品が金属と樹脂の複合部品であることを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記受取要素が、少なくとも1つの個別要素を有し、前記個別要素が複数部分で放射線架橋された樹脂および複数部分で放射線架橋されていない樹脂から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記受取要素が、インフレータとして使用されるガス発生装置(40)が固定される底部(24)を有し、少なくとも前記ガス発生装置(40)が固定される前記底部(24)の領域が放射線架橋された樹脂から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記エアバッグ(10)が膨張部入口(12)の領域に少なくとも1つの補強層(14a,14b)を有し、前記補強層(14a,14b)が放射線架橋された樹脂ラミネートから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記エアバッグモジュールの少なくとも1つの構成要素が、少なくとも部分的に放射線架橋され得る樹脂から構成され、前記エアバッグモジュールの最終組立の前に放射線架橋を達成するために、前記構成要素が電離放射線にさらされる、エアバッグモジュール(5)を製造するための方法。
- 前記構成要素全体が電離放射線にさらされることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記構成要素が容器内で電離放射線にさらされることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素が個別に電離放射線にさらされることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素が選択的に放射線架橋されるように、前記構成要素が複数部分で電離放射線にのみさらされることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
