Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及在一种用于控制通过车辆安全气囊装置中的充气机所供应的气体流动的结构,特别地,涉及由不同材料制成的保持架。
背景技术
由于对车辆中的乘客的安全的关注随着车辆的功能性和便利性一起提高,因此能够在发生事故的时候保护乘客的与安全相关的装置的重要性已经提高。在这样的用于乘客的安全装置中,安全气囊系统特别为在发生碰撞的时候使施加于乘客的冲击分散的基本装备。
在这些安全设备中,前安全气囊是基础安全气囊,其安装在乘客前方,前安全气囊在发生碰撞的情况下防止乘客直接撞击车辆中的各种结构,并阻挡从外部所传递的冲击能量。
然而,在相关技术的安全气囊中,保持架由于在供应气体的过程中充气机的爆炸压力而发生永久性地变形,故而不能实现所期望的气体流动,因此,安全气囊不以所期望的方式进行充气。

发明内容
本发明的各个方面致力于提供一种用于车辆的安全气囊装置,其通过对保持架使用硬质材料和软质材料而可以防止保持架由于安全气囊的充气压力而造成的永久性变形。
根据本发明的各个方面,用于车辆的安全气囊装置可以包括:安全气囊外壳,其容纳安全气囊垫;充气机,其将气体供应至安全气囊垫;硬质保持架,其将充气机固定至安全气囊外壳;以及软质保持架,其具有联接至硬质保持架的第一侧部,软质保持架控制从充气机所供应的气体的流动。
硬质保持架可以以板状形成,所述板状包括沿着其外边缘的突出部。
软质保持架可以由纤维材料制成。
软质保持架可以为由线形形状记忆合金形成的网。
所述装置可以进一步包括固定构件,其固定软质保持架的第二侧部的边缘并相互交叉。
固定构件可以比硬质保持架的底部更长,比安全气囊外壳的底部更短。
所述装置可以进一步包括固定带,其沿着软质保持架的第二侧部的边缘设置。
固定带可以由形状记忆合金制成。
粘性物质可以涂覆于与来自充气机的气体接触的软质保持架的侧面。
根据本发明的各个实施方案的用于车辆的安全气囊装置,提供硬质保持架和软质保持架,保持架即使受到安全气囊的爆炸压力也不会发生永久性变形,因此可以实现所期望的气体流动。此外,当充气机爆炸时一起排放的粉尘和火焰被涂覆于软质保持架的内侧的粘性物质收集,因此可以防止对安全气囊垫的造成损害。
应当理解,此处所使用的术语“车辆”或“车辆的”或其它类似术语一般包括机动车辆,例如包括运动型多用途车辆(SUV)、大客车、卡车、各种商用车辆的乘用汽车,包括各种舟艇、船舶的船只,航空器等等,并且包括混合动力车辆、电动车辆、可插式混合动力电动车辆、氢动力车辆以及其它替代性燃料车辆(例如源于非石油的能源的燃料)。正如此处所提到的,混合动力车辆是具有两种或更多动力源的车辆,例如,汽油动力和电力动力两者的车辆。

根据本发明的各个实施方案,用于车辆的安全气囊装置可以包括:安全气囊外壳101、充气机103、硬质保持架以及软质保持架301;所述安全气囊外壳101容纳安全气囊垫105;所述充气机103将气体供应至安全气囊垫105;所述硬质保持架将充气机103固定至安全气囊外壳101;所述软质保持架301具有联接至硬质保持架的第一侧部,并控制从充气机103所供应的气体的流动。
常规安全气囊装置具有显示在图1中的构造。具体而言,安全气囊装置由直接与乘客接触的安全气囊垫105、容纳安全气囊垫105的安全气囊外壳101以及设置在安全气囊外壳101中并将气体供应至安全气囊垫105的充气机103形成。安全气囊装置进一步包括保持架20,其将充气机103固定至安全气囊外壳101并控制从充气机103所供应的气体的流动。
在相关技术的安全气囊装置中,保持架20由单一的硬质材料制成,如上所述,保持架20将充气机103固定至安全气囊外壳101,并控制从充气机103所供应的气体的流动。保持架20通常由金属制成,在某些情况中,保持架20在安全气囊充气时在充气机103的早期爆炸阶段中被经过气孔107所排出的气体的压力打开并发生永久性变形。
因此,在本发明的各个实施方案中,如图2至图4中所示,保持架由不同材料制成,亦即,保持架由硬质保持架201和柔性的软质保持架301构成。具体而言,硬质保持架201具有将充气机103固定至外壳的功能,软质保持架301具有控制从充气机103所供应的气体的流动的功能。
软质保持架301在通过充气机103的爆炸而供应高压气体的早期阶段中发生变形,但不会发生永久性变形,所以其可以恢复其初始形状从而可以以所期望的方式引导气体。
软质保持架301可以由纤维制成。软质保持架301不仅必须是柔性的,而且必须抵抗在充气机103爆炸时所产生的压力,此外,其还必须抵抗高温热量。因此,当软质保持架301由纤维制成时,其由于其高拉伸强度而可以抵抗充气机103的爆炸压力,而耐热纤维可以使软质保持架抵抗高温热量。
然而,软质保持架301应进行控制气体流动的功能,因此当作为第二侧部的开口侧307自由地振动时,这使其难以引导气体,因此这是不利的。
因此,本发明的各个实施方案进一步包括固定构件303,所述固定构件303连接并固定软质保持架301的第二侧部307的边缘并相互交叉。
具体而言,固定构件303可以比硬质保持架201的底部更长,比安全气囊外壳101的底部更短,因此可以增大的开口侧307的直径被软质保持架301的开口侧上方相互交叉的固定构件303所限制,由此可以控制气体的流动。
另外,不像目前的由单一金属件制成的保持架,本发明的各个实施方案的保持架由两个部分形成,亦即,硬质保持架201和软质保持架301,因此可以降低安全气囊装置的重量和制造成本。此外,由于软质保持架301可以自由地改变形状,因此便于包装安全气囊装置。
软质保持架301可以以网型的线形形状记忆合金形成。
形状记忆合金是恢复至预先在预定温度下记录的形状的金属。因此,当软质保持架301以由形状记忆合金的线制成的网型形成时,即使在其由于充气机103的爆炸压力而变形的情况下其仍可以通过爆炸的热量而恢复至其初始形状,因此可以引导气流。
安全气囊装置可以进一步包括固定带304,其沿着软质保持架301的第二侧部的边缘设置。固定带304可以由形状记忆合金制成。
如上所述,由于软质保持架301也应该控制气体的流动,所以需要控制开口侧307的形状。在本发明的各个实施方案中,如图3中所示,开口侧307的形状被沿着软质保持架301的第二侧部的边缘设置的由形状记忆合金制成的固定带304所控制。即使在安全气囊充气时充气机103的爆炸压力使软质保持架301变形,其也通过热量而恢复至预定的形状,因此其可以引导气流。
硬质保持架201可以以具有沿着外边缘形成的突出部203的板的形状形成。
硬质保持架201靠近充气机103设置并旨在将产生较大爆炸的充气机103固定至安全气囊外壳101,因此其可以抵抗由爆炸造成的变形。
因此,突出部203沿着板状保持架的外边缘形成从而能够抵抗膨胀。
粘性物质可以涂覆于与来自充气机103的气体接触的软质保持架301的侧面。
充气机103将在其中的爆炸火药所产生的气体供应至安全气囊垫105使得气体在安全气囊垫105中膨胀。在此过程中,不仅供应气体,还供应与爆炸过程中产生的粉尘燃烧的火药的火焰。粉尘或火焰可以撕裂安全气囊垫105或在内部熔化安全气囊垫105,因此需要防止将它们供应至安全气囊垫105。
因此,本发明的各个方面,粘性物质305涂覆于软质保持架301的内侧(即从充气机103供应气体的侧面)从而收集粉尘或火焰,由此可以防止损坏安全气囊垫105。

1.一种用于车辆的安全气囊装置,其包括:
安全气囊外壳,其容纳安全气囊垫;
充气机,其将气体供应至安全气囊垫;
硬质保持架,其将充气机固定至安全气囊外壳;以及
软质保持架,其具有联接至硬质保持架的第一侧部,所述软质保持架控制从充气机所供应的气体的流动,
其中,软质保持架包括由线形形状记忆合金形成的网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的安全气囊装置,其中,所述硬质保持架以板状形成,所述板状包括沿着所述硬质保持架的外边缘的突出部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的安全气囊装置,其进一步包括固定构件,所述固定构件固定软质保持架的第二侧部的边缘并相互交叉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的安全气囊装置,其中固定构件比硬质保持架的底部更长,固定构件比安全气囊外壳的底部更短。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的安全气囊装置,其进一步包括固定带,所述固定带沿着软质保持架的第二侧部的边缘设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的安全气囊装置,其中,固定带包括形状记忆合金。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的安全气囊装置,其中,粘性物质涂覆于与来自充气机的气体接触的软质保持架的侧面。
