Claims (11)
- エアバッグ(10)と、前記エアバッグ(10)を収容して保持するための保持部材(20)と、前記エアバッグ(10)にガスを充填するためのインフレータとを有するエアバッグモジュール(5)において、
前記エアバッグ(10)および/または前記保持部材(20)が、少なくとも部分的に架橋構造を有する樹脂から構成され、
前記保持部材(20)が少なくとも2つの個別部品から構成され、前記少なくとも2つの個別部品の1つが少なくとも部分的に架橋構造を有する樹脂から構成され、他の1つの個別部品が少なくとも部分的に架橋構造を持たない樹脂から構成されることを特徴とするエアバッグモジュール(5)。 - 前記保持部材(20)を構成する前記少なくとも2つの個別部品の各々が、全体に架橋構造を有する樹脂から構成されるか、或いは、全く架橋構造を持たない樹脂から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも2つの個別部品の少なくとも1つの個別部品が金属と樹脂の複合部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも2の個別部品の少なくとも1つが、部分的に架橋構造を有する樹脂と部分的に架橋構造を持たない樹脂とから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記保持部材が、インフレータとして使用されるガス発生装置(40)が固定される底部(24)を有し、少なくとも前記ガス発生装置(40)が固定される前記底部(24)の領域が架橋構造を有する樹脂から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記エアバッグ(10)が膨張部入口(12)の領域に少なくとも1つの補強層(14a,14b)を有し、前記補強層(14a,14b)が架橋構造を有する樹脂ラミネートから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグモジュール。
- 前記エアバッグモジュールの少なくとも1つの構成要素が、少なくとも部分的に放射線架橋構造を持ち得る樹脂から構成され、前記エアバッグモジュールの最終組立の前に架橋構造を達成するために、前記構成要素が電離放射線にさらされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のエアバッグモジュール(5)を製造するための方法。
- 前記構成要素全体が電離放射線にさらされることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 複数の前記構成要素が容器内で電離放射線にさらされることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素が個別に電離放射線にさらされることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記構成要素が選択的に放射線架橋されるように、前記構成要素が複数部分で電離放射線にのみさらされることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
