Claims (15)
- 車両用の加熱デバイス(10)において、
− 液体熱輸送媒体用の流路(14、16、20、22、24)と、
− 前記流路の加熱部分の前記熱輸送媒体を加熱するための電気加熱ユニット(25)と、
を含み、
前記加熱部分が、前記熱輸送媒体が並列で流れうる少なくとも2つの蛇行チャネル(20)を含むことを特徴とする、
加熱デバイス(10)。 - 前記流路が、
− 前記加熱部分の上流側にある吸気口部分(14)と、
− 前記加熱部分の下流側にある排気口部分(16)と、
を含み、
前記チャネルが前記吸気口部分(36)から分岐し、前記排気口部分(38)に排出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。 - 前記吸気口部分の断面積が前記チャネルの前記分岐部(36)に従い前記熱輸送媒体の流れの方向に減少することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の加熱デバイス。
- 前記吸気口部分(14)と前記排気口部分(16)とが長尺状であり、互いに平行して延在することを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。
- 前記チャネルがそれぞれ、前記吸気口部分から垂直に分岐し、前記排気口部分に垂直に排出することを特徴とする、請求項2、3又は4に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。
- 前記チャネルのそれぞれが、正確に2*Nのヘアピンカーブを含み、Nが自然数であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。
- 前記流路が、
− 前記吸気口部分の上流側にある、前記熱輸送媒体を前記加熱デバイス内に入れるための吸気口(14)と、
− 前記排気口部分の下流側にある、前記加熱デバイスから前記熱輸送媒体を排出するための排気口(24)と、
を更に含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。 - 前記チャネルの少なくとも1つが、前記チャネル(20)内を流れる前記熱輸送媒体の回転を発生させるための少なくとも1つの回転要素(48)を含み、前記回転が前記チャネルの長手方向の軸線を中心とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。
- 前記回転要素(48)が、前記チャネル内部の前記熱輸送媒体を混合するように配置されている、請求項8に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。
- 前記加熱デバイスの加熱電力を制御するための電子制御ユニット(26)を含み、前記制御ユニット(26)に、前記制御ユニット(26)からの廃熱を前記流路の吸気口部分(20)の前記熱輸送媒体に排出するための熱排出本体(28)が提供されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。
- 前記加熱ユニットから前記加熱部分(20)内の前記熱輸送媒体に熱を伝達するための伝熱ユニット(18)を含み、前記伝熱ユニット(18)と前記熱排出本体(28)とが単一部品で形成されている、請求項10に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。
- 前記伝熱ユニット(18)と前記熱排出本体(28)とを相互接続し、前記伝熱ユニット(18)と前記熱排出本体(28)との間の熱抵抗が最短線と比較して増加するように非直線に沿って延在する連結部品(44)を含む、請求項11に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。
- 前記非直線がL、U、V、S、Z、N、M又はW字形である、請求項12に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。
- 前記伝熱ユニット(18)が前記チャネルを少なくとも部分的に画定する、請求項11、12又は13に記載の加熱デバイス(10)。
- 液体熱輸送媒体が、流れ技術的に並列で接続された、前記加熱デバイスの少なくとも2つの蛇行チャネル内を同時に流れ、それによって前記熱輸送媒体が前記車両(52)の電気加熱ユニットにより加熱されることを特徴とする、車両内の加熱デバイス(10)を動作させる方法。
